United Kingdom | 06 January 2025I ordered some photobooks in mid December. This was several days ahead of wht Printer Pix said was their very last date for guaranteed christmas delivery. I also paid extra for expedited delivery. Christmas has been and gone and I still don't have my order. But more importantly PrinterPix have taken my money, haven't sent my order, can't even tell me where it is and only responded to one email and no more. They've stopped communicating with me. I'e asked to cancel, for a full refund, and got nothing. I've now raised a paypal claim (I've not heard anything there either). VERY unimpressed, this company have taken my money and run away with it. I'd avoid.

United States | 06 January 2025It seamed that I ordered 6 calendars but when it delivered I only ordered 5 not sure how that happened. Must be the difficulty in using you website. Wasted my money

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025I ordered two calendars before Christmas, I paid over £11 for delivery for it to come in time for Christmas however, they arrived a few days after Christmas. The calendars are over priced for the quality and are very flimsy. I have reached out to PrinterPix for a refund for delivery several times and still no response after weeks! I am so disappointed and recommend ordering from a more reliable company.

United States | 06 January 2025let's start with the simple fact that I ordered in November inorder to get it in time for Christmas, they had no issue charging my card and texting me over and over about deals and ordering more but never sent me anything! I was told as long as the order was placed by the 15th of December I would get it by Christmas well its now it's January I still have nothing, not to mention that they listed it shipped and confirmed with me that it was shipped December 8th, but as it turns out they only printed a label to get a tracking number on the 8th they never gave the package. I also was given information saying it was going by UPS but they have no such package number. They did give a package to USPS but it was more than 2 weeks after they said they did. that package hasn't moved from the 1st transit location over 12 days ago. I just want my money back but you can only speak with (text) a computer robot. DONT ORDER FROM THEM ITS EITHER A SCAM OR JUST THE WORST RUN COMPANY WHO DOESNT CARE.

United States | 05 January 2025I am quite frankly amazed by this company! I'm working several states away from my family, and I miss them a lot. Towards the end of December I suddenly thought that instead of a ready made calendar, I'd love to have pictures of my family and other precious things to me. I found Printerpix, and had a great time downloading and planning my calendar! To my utter shock, I got it before the end of December, so I was all ready on January 1st. I did pay for a paper upgrade, and the calendar is high quality and beautiful. Even though every photo came from my inexpensive Moto phone, the photos on the calendar look stunning! I was very pleasantly surprised, and I plan on making a calendar every year now!

France | 05 January 2025Calendrier arrivé à temps pour Noël. mais une photo n'est pas du tout cadrée le visage est tronqué de moitié or cela n'apparaissait pas lors de la mise en page sur mon ordi , je suis très déçue car de ce fait je n'ai pas pu l'offrir en cadeau. Je déconseille le site et ne renouvèlerai pas l'expérience avec Pinterpix

United Kingdom | 05 January 2025AVOID - ORDER RECEIVED COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESPONSE SINCE 18 DEC I created a ticket and have emailed multiple times since 18 December when I received my order as what I received was abysmal. It was as if they had not ironed/flattened the blanket before printing, meaning it is covered with big chunks of bright white where no image is printed (I also paid extra for premium printing). This should never have been dispatched! I have been waiting since 18 Dec for a response (10 business days not including Christmas which is very different to the 24-48 working hours response time you advertise)! Please let me know as soon as possible what the refund procedure is. Given you are a company that sells gifts and offers express delivery the time it takes to get a response is completely unacceptable and way out of line with industry standards. I have also tried calling multiple times but the line doesn't work. I get bounce back emails saying your inbox is full too. I am shocked by the awful experience! EDIT: STILL no contact yet alone resolution! Emailed the email address mentioned in their response to my review and nothing! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Not sure how they're still doing business! EDIT: 19/01/25 STILL NO RESPONSE, chased via email too (both contact and resolution email addresses) EDIT: 22/01 still no response/resolution chased yet via email too (both contact and resolution email addresses). I also tried commenting on Facebook a week ago. EDIT: 25/02 still no response. Emailed yet again both the contact and resolution email address mentioned in the seemingly insincere reply to my review.

Li ho contattati ancora prima di Natale per rendere il prodotto o per una nuova stampa. Ma nulla. Oggi 05/01/2025 ancora nessuna risposta o rimborso o sostituzione. Praticamente una truffa. Non comprate da questo sito. Questi negozi on line dovrebbero chiudere. Non rispettano neanche le leggi, di solito sull'acquisto anche on-line ce un minimo di garanzia.

United Kingdom | 05 January 2025Paid extra for pre-Christmas delivery.. its now 5 January and I have still not received my photos. I ordered photo prints- nothing complicated. Customer service are extremely unhelpful and cannot advise when i can expect my items. They will not refund me! Terrible!

United States | 05 January 2025UPDATE: Printerpix responded on this site, but I still have had NO contact regarding the status of my order!!! -------------- Submitted photo album order on 12/15, paid extra to expedite, and still have not received it. When tracking my order on their web site, it says it is with the courier but was never given a tracking number for the shipment. Called customer service, and after waiting 20-30 minutes for them to answer, was connected to an overseas call center who told me they'd email status info. Never heard back. Ready to stop payment unless they provide a direct number to speak with, and not a call center.
