Purchased 16x20 metal prints from Printerpix and they were grainy. I submitted the same photos for 16x20 glass prints with another company and they came out crisp. Printerpix tried to tell me that it was my uploads and ignored my request for return and refund.

I still have not received my order that was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. I did not get an update from 12/18 on shipping or status. When reaching out I was told to wait longer. I am very disappointed. I finally received an update on 1/1 and it is now 1/4 and the package has not moved from New York.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pack of 10 calendars as a family gift. I am a professional photographer and well versed in photo sites and making gifts. Site froze several times and I would have to log out and then log back in to make it work adding hours of extra work on a large project (30 family members). When we received the calendar several family members were missing and one calendar was incorrectly assembled. My file was correct when I checked to make sure it wasn't my mistake. After logging in again, my file merged with another one I was working one (which they shipped to the wrong address, not to mention the hours I fought their website when it refused to let me order just one calendar - I got around that after 3 days of waiting for customer service by buying a voucher and going through a secondary site). I've now been waiting over a week for the amazing customer service they tote to even respond. RUN away from this company. This is the worst photo site I have ever worked with and their customer service is a lie at best. It's not worth your time or frustration. Even if they replace my calendars I will be out time and money to try to ship all over the US since my family is no longer in town. I can not emphasize how bad they are!

Heb fotoboek gemaakt met grouponcode. moest enkel nog verzendkosten betalen. heb dit al met verschillende kaarten proberen te doen maar dit lukt niet. krijg steeds foutmelding. heb al verschillende keren contact willen opnemen met printerpix maar dit lukt niet.

Just leaving another dreadful review to reflect how horrendous and utterly useless this company is. After guaranteeing pre Christmas delivery , my photobooks are nowhere to be seen. Nor is any correspondence. If I get another reply to this review asking me to email them at the same address that I have done about 5 times already with zero response, I’ll likely just give up. NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately it’ll likely end up being a chunk of money down the drain and a waste of time trying to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give them zero I would! I ordered what should have been a £35 wall calendar- but had a code to get it half price. When I received it, the calendar was only on 6 pages so double printed, flimsy, and you could see all the print on the other side! For a calendar that should have cost £35 full price you would have least expected to have each month printed on a separate page to give it some sturdyness. I emailed to give them a chance to reply and they told me I should have paid MORE to get better quality paper! No replies or any help after! Terrible quality, terrible customer service DONT USE! Vistaprint and other companies provide a much better quality product for less money! I thought I would try them out but NEVER AGAIN!

I made a large order which arrived in good time, but damaged. I messaged the company and they were quick to respond with an apology and solution, however, the replacement never arrived and now they are ignoring all forms of contact. Shocking service and appalling customer service.

At first I was disappointed and frustrated. I didn’t know how the voucher works. The 1st time I called the lady wasn’t pleasant or helpful. I was panicking! Then I called back…what a difference! She was friendly, patient, and walked me thru the process. Placed my order and then anxiously awaited my package. OMG, I cried when it came. They were done so beautifully. When I gave them to my friends they cried too! Excellent job! Can’t wait to order more. So thank you for a job well done! 😀😀

Ordered some framed photos for grandparents Xmas presents, images were high quality from a school photo shoot. What we received looked like had been printed on the £50 printer I’ve got in my home office. Absolute garbage image quality (also paid extra for ‘HD upgrade’) Submitted a return request on day of receipt, 18-Dec, and received and acknowledgment saying my request would be responded to in ‘24-48 business hours’ yet 9 business days later not a peep If they had been £15 i’d have just written it off as poor choice but these cost £48 (2 photo c/w frames) and were allegedly ½ price. Update 14-Feb - never was contacted 1 month after the business replied below. People - save yourselves the fume, frames are like £1 ikea jobs and the photos you could do at home on a printer (or go to boots or wherever) these are absolute rip off merchants and they swerve their returns policy.

Ordered some photos on 18/12/24 and paid £16 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. These didn’t arrive.. received an email to say they had inventory discrepancies, fair enough I had left it quite late. Customer services emailed to say would be dispatched ASAP and received a shipping notification on the 28th Dec, but as of the 4th Jan my photos have not arrived. Customer services are ignoring all contact emails asking where my order is. Really bad service and I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I would encourage you not to waste your money with them!

My calendars were supposed to arrive by Christmas, they did not get here until January 2nd after I contacted customer service. When I opened them excited to see how they turned out, they were disappointing. The pictures had incorrect rotation, heads were cut out, some were missing half the picture, they just looked sad. These were definitely supposed to be a gift, however being that they were extra late and terribly sad looking they are no longer going to be given away. I should add that I did double check everything before I placed the order to be sure everything was correct just like they asked, and all the pics were good it looked perfect. So now I have 2 pitiful looking calendars that I can look at all year a keep being reminded over and over of how much time and money I wasted on them. Never again

Placed an order for a bulk amount of prints - paid extra for 'priority printing/front of queue' and expidited shipping. At checkout it was confirmed that I would receive by 24/12. Order finally arrived on 4/1and the quality of the prints is terrible. Photographic paper has not been used, and the prints have been roughly and crudely cut. Despite multiple tickets being raised, and emails sent requesting refund of my shipping/expedited surcharges, I have not received any responses (apart from auto 'we have your ticket'). Am now so disappointed with the service/quality of prints, have requested a full refund, as I will need to get printed elsewhere. Will not be using Printerpix again.

Awful service, 2 weeks later still no product and still no replies. This was a Christmas present and when I rung they said it was going iut on the 22nd of December 1 week after I ordered and paid for 2 day turnaround. Is what it is but to be 2 weeks later and still nothing. Seems like a scam possible. Can't get answers can't get a refund. Stay clear

Ich mache jedes Jahr ein Kalender, aber dieser Anbieter ist mit Abstand der schlimmste. Nichts hat geklappt. Ich habe sehr viel Geduld bewiesen. Aber man kann keine Bilder hochladen und keine Einstellung funktioniert so wie es soll. Unter Inkognito hat es dann einigermaßen geklappt. Nach Tage langer Arbeit. Stelle ich fest das,dass Cover 2025 ist du die Monate 2026. Man konnte nichts ändern. Also alles nochmal und dann würden auch noch 26 Euro extra abgezogen. Keine Ahnung wofür! Nie wieder tue ich mir das an.

I ordered my book December 20,2025 I got an update December 24, 2025 and I haven’t received any updates on it since it’s been three weeks all I keep getting it’s still getting manufacturing and using their magic dust stuff! I better not have wasted almost 200 just for me not to receive!

Your tracking didn't work. Your quality control needs some work. When my order finally arrived, one of my calendars is unusable due to the binding holes being cut completely through on 7 of the 12 pages of my calendar.

I placed a very small order. The cost was significantly higher than advertised. It hasn’t arrived and I am over a week past the arrival date. No one will respond to my inquiries or “tickets.” The tracking number they sent me is also invalid. I think this website is probably a scam. I WOULDN’T ORDER!
