First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for your patience while we worked to fulfill your order #[44901350]. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we ensured everything was handled accurately. My reply 1. Message does not find me well 2. Yes, delays can be frustrating. I received my order after Christmas! 3. You do not understand or appreciate my complaint! Hence why I am spending/wasting more time in making this public that your customer service skills sucks! 4. Everything is not being handled correctly. 5. Do the right thing and refund my delivery charges, the service I have received has been appalling and a total disgrace. 6. I won’t leave this alone! This is wrong and I need to make a point and warn other potential customers! 7. I hope this e mail reply finds you well. Over & out.

Sent one photo when i ordered over 100. Tried to email them, two weeks later I have no response. I have tried to call them two times and been left on hold for over half an hour both times before giving up. Would avoid this company at all costs, I wish I had.

Deciso di acquistare nel loro sito in regalo di Natale affidandomi alla scritta “ordina entro il 16 dicembre per ricevere i tuoi regali entro Natale” faccio l ordine e i giorni passano e nessuna notizia, mi diceva che il calendario doveva ancora essere preparato, il giorno della vigilia decido di mandargli un altro messaggio con scritto che ancora non era stato prodotto figuriamoci riceverlo entro il giorno dopo, mi è stato risposto di stare tranquilla che se non lo avessi ricevuto entro Natale avrei ricevuto un rimborso, ebbene oggi è il 3 gennaio, non ho ancora ricevuto il calendario che avrei dovuto regalare a Natale e non ho nemmeno ricevuto il rimborso, e l assistenza non risponde più nemmeno alle mail, sono senza parole, è un sito davvero inaffidabile non acquisterò mai più niente da loro, non sono per niente seri e professionali

Commande passée le 17 décembre (10104538) pour une couverture personnalisée et aucune nouvelle malgré que nous ayons pris l’option envoi rapide avec suivi. De plus, nous avons bien entendu été débités. Site absolument pas fiable et je dirais même frauduleux !!! Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

Garbage was promised delivery before Xmas got it today (3/1/25) seems very cheap pictures are printed on both sides to cut down costs. Won’t use again. AVOID

Der letzte Laden! Da würde ich nie wieder bestellen. Bestellung gemacht, bezahlt, Bestellbestätigung und das wars. Das war am 15.12.24. Es sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein und aufgrund der Lieferzeiten sollte es klappen. Keine Sendungsnummer, keine Möglichkeit etwas herauszufinden. Nur automatische Emails. Ich habe den Fall bei papypal gemeldet. Keine Reaktion von Printerpix. Online hatte ich plötzlich keinen Auftrag mehr aktiv. Heute plötzlich: wir freuen uns, ihr Paket ist auf dem Weg.. Es ist der 03.01.25 und das Paket ist heute zur Post. Keine Entschuldigung nichts....unterirdisch und unverschämt

Per il secondo anno consecutivo ho ordinato tre calendari con spedizione (abbondantemente) assicurata entro Natale. Anche quest'anno ho avuto tre regali in meno da donare. Sicuramente non userò più Printerpix.

I placed my order on the 19th, and it was supposed to be delivered on 12/24/24. I received an email saying it was delayed due to a supply issue. Today is January 2nd, and I still haven't received any update on when to expect my order. It’s a calendar gift I made for my friends for Christmas, and we're already at the start of the New Year. I've written several emails, but no one has responded. Very disappointed

Appalling service still awaiting order one month after ordering says it's still in manufacturing 2 x photobooks supposed to be Christmas presents .Would certainly not recommend company.

This company is horrible. I ordered and was promised delivery before Xmas. My product has still not been delivered and I have reached out to customer service and they keep giving me the same generic response we have escalated this blah blah... They sent me a tracking number which has not moved or been updated for 10 days! I keep reaching out and do not receive a solid response. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered two 50-page leather books on Dec. 1st. The website would not let me order the books together so I had to pay two sets of shipping charges. The books were due to arrive by Dec. 13th. Unfortunately, the first book arrived on Dec. 26th and was late for a Christmas present. The second one has not arrived as of 1/2/25. This is very frustrating and I can only communicate by email. I do not feel the company is helping me.

You promised my canvas photos would be delivered by Christmas. They didn’t and so I had to scramble for other gifts. They finally arrived, but I wasn’t thrilled with the quality. If it was a problem with my photo quality, you should have said something.

Would not recommend. I ordered 60 photo prints for delivery guaranteed for Christmas. Hadn’t heard anything by 23rd December so emailed for update. They then said had been sent & I did receive a delivery on 24th however this was for 1 singular print, not the 60 ordered. Have sent 2 emails since & have had received no response. Very disappointed & have not been able to gift the present I wanted for Christmas.

The calendars looked nice and the images were good quality. I only give 3 stars because I received my order 10 days later than the date I was quoted on the site when I made the order.

I placed an order on the 19th December for a framed printed photo as a Christmas gift for my mum. At the time of ordering, I was offered “guaranteed by Christmas” if I paid extra, so I paid £8 for delivery and a further £4 for “rushing” the order. After 5 days I had not heard a single thing and Christmas was getting close, so I contacted them. They ignored my email and then contacted me (in a separate generic email) on the evening (9:20pm) on the 23rd December to inform me that they have not dispatched my order due to a stocking issue. I then politely asked for a refund of my delivery fees, to which they ignored. I then escalated this to their escalation team and they ignored my second request to reimburse my delivery fees. After getting slightly angry after being ignored, someone finally got back to me and offered an $8 credit to use on my next order!?! First of all, I paid in £GBP not $USD and also, I would never order from this company again in my life! I strongly advise that you don’t either.
