He hecho un pedido, lo he pagado con tarjeta, y cuando intento ver el seguimiento con el número de pedido la página dice que ese número no existe. Pongo aquí el número y espero una contestación porque si no iré directamente a poner una denuncia por estafa. Era un pedido muy muy especial y me habéis hecho sentir una auténtica gilip*****, utilizando los recuerdos y los sentimientos de las personas para estafarlas. La atención al cliente es inexistente, solo sale un teléfono en Reino Unido, un contestador por supuesto, no hay opción de hablar con una persona física ni en español. El número que me dio la página es 12440804. Quiero una respuesta

Belgium | 20 February 2025J'ai commandé 25 calendriers, à la livraison il n'y en avait qu'un, j'ai refusé le colis et envoyé un mail de réclamation, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles. Je suis très déçue et j'ai perdu dans l'histoire une certaine somme d'argent !

Spain | 19 February 2025TRILEROS Generas un proyecto de 200 fotos y te dan un precio, completas el pedido y te sale como duplicado y precio duplicado obviamente anulas uno y SORPRESA cuando descargas la factura en letra chiquitaaaaa pone “IMPRESION 100 FOTOS” envio email, presento reclamación y no hay respuesta. Después de doce dias no he recibido las fotos ni hay seguimiento del envío ni ningún departamento se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. 🫣

United States | 19 February 2025Your website is easy to use to put together a photo book. It is a high quality product. However, my book edge was dented during shipping and it’s why I only gave 4 stars. You can feel and see the damage. Sturdier shipping packaging needed.

United States | 19 February 2025Terrible customer service. First of all, they promised me all these discount codes and coupons. Then when I try to reach out to tell them that the coupon and the codes don’t work. They tell me that the 85% coupon they sent me technically says “up to 85%. So really it’s 7% at best. Bait and switch! Then I can’t get a human on the phone to help me figure out why a week after submitting my project and paying over $400 immediately (by the way!) no one will answer me and it shows no progress even though it was promised that it would be to me within 10-12 days. When I ONE time got someone on the phone she was so rude and dismissive. And told me that she wasn’t the “discount department”. And that they would escalate my issue and someone would call me. No one calls me. All you get is Robo emails from ‘people’ that look legit - like they have a name but it’s not really a person. It’s a fake name they used to make it seem like they have humans attending to your issues. Some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. I can’t even imagine what my project may look like when it comes in.… IF it comes in. This was a super special book that I spent weeks on for my son‘s college graduation gift and I’m not optimistic that it will even get here! Much less on time! I’m so devastated! Update - the auto reply from ‘Joey’ is also Robo. They don’t do what they say they will. I’m not even confident at this point that my project will ever arrive. And then what do I do about the $408?!

United States | 19 February 2025Although I haven't received the finished product yet, I thought I'd review based on my experience with Lina Nathaniel. I accidentally ordered the wrong size print. I called the number on the website and they were closed for Pres. Day. I then got a confirmation of my order and emailed through that for assistance, knowing they were closed and wouldn't get to me until today. I was wrong! Lina promptly responded to my email and gave me instructions on how to get the size print I wanted and then she finalized the sale on her end and replied with another professional, friendly email. Great customer service!

United States | 19 February 2025the blanket in the middle everything was messed up. heads were cut off, pictures were black & one of the pictures looked like it was a double exposure. I can't believe you send out product without looking at them. I contacted customer support asking for a new blanket to be sent to my sister as the first one is HORRIBLE...I still have NOT heard back from customer service. I am not sure if I will use your services again unless you send a new blanket to my sister as it was a present as my dad passed away & this blanket is just horrible looking. poor quality. I took a screenshot of what it was to look like when I ordered it.
