Spain | 19 February 2025Hoy 18/02/25 hemos pedido un álbum, pero al pagar da error de transaccion denegada, pero han cobrado dos veces el cargo por hacer dos intentos. Indican que nos pongamos en contacto con atención al cliente dando la REF. 12440685, pero los mails son devueltos como que no existe esa dirección. También hemos probado en la que indica la persona que responde a estas quejas en esta página contactus@printerpix y también devuelve el mail como errónea. No sé si se ha hecho el pedido y encima dos cargos pagados. Exijo que se nos devuelva el dinero ya, porque se trata de un regalo muy importante que necesitamos tener urgente. Esto es una estafa en toda regla que no vamos a dejar pasar.

United States | 19 February 2025They offered me rush delivery service on a calendar so I paid double and the calendar arrived 5 days after the date I paid to have it by which they had promised. I paid $ 53 for a $ 25 calendar in order to have it by January 31st which their site promised and when it did not arrive by that time they said their process could not accommodate that date and refused to refund the extra $ 28 I paid. By the way, the only way to contact their customer service is via email never by phone and their email response is always the same merely a blowoff with "sincere apologies". They are a joke and should be avoided at all cost. Get your photo calendars from Walgreens they do as good or better a job and deliver within 24 hours. Avoid this company like the plague trust me. THEIR REPLY BELOW IS THE SAME EXACT ONE THEY POSTED TWO WEEKS AGO AND NEVER DID CALL or REACH OUT WHAT IS $28 TO A COMPANY YET THEY WON’T PAY AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Be very careful before you buy from this company. I have been contacting them on their email address for almost 2 months now with a genuine query. No response. Called the customer service number they have published on their website - an automated message all day tells me I am ringing outside office hours and to call back. Very very dodgy. I won’t stop until I get an answer but please avoid buying from them. As another review stated - something very fishy with this company.

It’s more than three days and their customer service have not reached out - their reply below was just for show. I would continue to advise everyone to avoid this company. Original review: Not great product and awful customer service. I decided to use their pre-Xmas sale to get some gifts. I ordered a large canvas with an image I had created myself in Photoshop and also a medium canvas edited screenshot. I did this well in time for Xmas according to their website. I should have known something was up when I got no information about printing and delivery. On my third attempt at contacting customer services, at the point when they were advertising expedited shipping to arrive before Xmas, I finally got a reply, and they told me that it was being printed but would not arrive in time for Xmas. I complained due to the dates and the person agreed to give me expedited shipping, which meant the items arrived in time. The medium canvas was fine, but the image on the large was horrible - blurry and indistinct despite that I had uploaded a high resolution image. I contacted them to return the large one (as they advertised a no quibble money back guarantee), and ordered a replacement which I paid to expedite. The replacement arrived fine, and a member of the team emailed me to ask for images of the original for evidence of return. Okay, did that, no reply. Emailed again. No reply. It’s now been about two months, I have emailed them numerous times and used their live chat ticket system and I just get ignored. Avoid them like the plague.

United States | 18 February 2025I placed an order on 2/10. In addition, I paid 60$ extra to have it rushed through production, and delivered by 2/14. It is currently 2/18 and I still do not have my items and they still have not shipped. Due to the items still not being here in time, I’ve had to purchase other items to replace them. I have called multiple times, emailed, and have reached out to customer service. The most they will refund me is 30$. I am absolutely beside myself considering I paid 120$ total. I hope they make this right. But as of now, I do not recommend ordering from them.

France | 18 February 2025J'ai commandé deux couvertures personnalisé chez eux, que je n'ai jamais reçu et j'ai dû bataillé des mois pour obtenir un remboursement. A ce jour, je n'ai recu le remboursement que pour une seule couverture sur deux. ils m'ont fait tourné en rond par mail pour m'accorder le remboursement, c'était ridicule! et aujourd'hui, leur boite mail est pleine et ne peut donc plus recevoir de nouveau mail donc je ne pense pas pouvoir obtenir le remboursement de la seconde couverture. Leur telephone sonne dans le vide.

United States | 18 February 2025I recently used Printerpix to design and order a custom print via my mobile browser , and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.First of all, the delivery was delayed by a week, and the design I created did not match what I received. The layout and positioning of elements did not translate accurately from the design to the printed product. Customer support was not particularly helpful in addressing the issue after requesting refund by attaching the screenshots. Instead of a refund, the response I received was that, as compensation, I would get 50% off my next order—an offer that was already a promotion on their site. Waste of money!!!💰

France | 18 February 2025Très déçu par le service Printerpix Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande passée avant Noël, malgré plusieurs relances. Le numéro de suivi (ESP7040GB95545876001) reste sans mise à jour, et le service client de Printerpix ne répond pas. Ce silence est inadmissible, d'autant plus que je constate que de nombreux autres clients sont confrontés aux mêmes problèmes. Je tiens à inciter toutes les personnes dans la même situation à signaler leur problème auprès de Info Conso pour alerter les autorités sur ce dysfonctionnement. C'est une démarche collective qui peut faire bouger les choses si nous sommes nombreux.

I also want to note the amazing customer support, Tia Johnson was a lifesaver when I ran into a small issue. She responded and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this service!!!

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I should have known from the start that there would be problems as there was no email to inform me that I had completed the order! I made some photo calendars for family Christmas presents and paid the extra delivery to have them delivered to me on Christmas Eve. I contacted them Christmas Eve as they had not arrived yet. Basically I received an email from Evri on the 27th/28th to say they had received my parcel. I think i received 28th/29th in a normal brown envelope. I have contacted them many times, unhappy with paying extra and then to find that three of the calendars were unusable and the quality was awful. Very thin 'card' and the metal bindings/ spirals were broken/ stuck together.

Fino ad ora...dopo aver pazientemente compilato un fotolibro da 100 pagine (per cui avevo un buono) al momento dell'inserimento del codice mi genera problemi in quanto è un fotlibro da 20 pagine a cui ne ho aggiunte 88 (non essendo possibile selezionare il numero definitivo di pagine quando si imposta il progetto). Ovviamente non si trova nessun indirizzo per avere risposte e la mail mandata a contatti mi è tornata indietro. Nonostante la gentile risposta ricevuta qui...non ho più avuto aiuto.

Meanwhile, I kept getting “We saved your project” emails until Tia Johnson finally took over and fixed the issue.

Hice una reclamación a través de Paypal, y se han ido de rositas alargando los plazos: ni me han devuelto el importe ni me han generado otro pedido. Por cierto: Las cuentas de correo de contacto NO EXISTEN, por lo que ponerse en contacto con ellos es inviable. A los clientes potenciales de esta empresa: probad a enviar un correo antes de realizar una compra... podréis comprobar que no existen. Esto ya es una opinión personal: es su propia evidencia Acerca de vuestra respuesta: esa cuenta de correo, tal y como ya he indicado en la reseña: NO EXISTE, ni esa ni ninguna que poneis en la web. Ni se os puede contactar por mail (tampoco por teléfono ni a otras cuentas) ni os habéis puesto en contacto conmigo en ningún momento tras dos meses que llevo reclamando mis productos y mi dinero.
