Ordered before the cut off point for delivery before Christmas and was sent an email to advise it would be delayed on 24th December. Awful customer service, and embarrassing apologies all round for not having a gift for someone. If orders weren’t going to be fulfilled, companies like this shouldn’t take peoples money and advertise if it’s ordered before the cut off point it would be received. I ordered 16th December, and it was still showing orders ordered by 18th would be sent by Christmas. Wouldn’t recommend this company and won’t be ordering again.

They clearly advertised “ order by this date, to receive by Christmas “ I ordered 3 days before the cutoff. The gift never arrived. I tried reaching out to them and customer support does not exist, all you receive is standard response and most likely automated. It makes me upset, since I had other options. There is no doubt, they know the packages won’t arrive, it’s all about getting as many sales as they can. Disappointed, will never use again. I look forward to telling my experience to my 900k followers as well

They charged me over $41.00 to have my item expedited to have it delivered by Christmas Eve, only to have it coming late and I still haven’t received it on the 26th that they said would be the next date I would have it. They wouldn’t refund my expedited shipping fee and now I really don’t want the product. It beats the purpose of a Christmas gift.

United Kingdom | 27 December 2024As others have commented the customer service is terrible if thing go wrong. The actual products are good if things go right. Have had ongoing issues since September. Receive apology after apology (usually same wording repeated time And time again, but don't get the refunds promised.

United States | 27 December 2024We ordered 2 blankets and only received one. Shipment said 2 blankets and 1 of 1 shipment. Came in a plastic bag. Bothe blankets should have been shipped in a box and maybe I would have gotten both of them. Sent an email to PrinterPix customer service and they said they generated a replacement order for the lost package. I paid for these to come before Christmas. I have since emailed numerous times without any response or way to track the package. They didn’t have any problem taking my money quickly but didn’t put a rush on the regenerated order to be delivered. Well it is December 26 and no package and no response. Can’t even call these people. Guess I will post my dealings with them on social media. Oh, and by the way, anyone who pays full price for these items is being scammed. I have bought better plush fleece blankets at my local Home Goods store for only $19.95. This is a sad way to run a business and I will never recommend or do business with these people again. Tried the email that was in all the computer generated responses and phone number listed below. All a fraud. Phone number tells you to go to their website and use email there for which they don’t respond. I will be submitting a complaint to the FTC and to the Attorney General of Florida for fraudulent business practices. Tried to call another number on their website (813)315-8994. All I kept getting was a recording “Thank you for your patience, all our representatives are currently assisting other customers”. Tried pressing numbers 1, 2, and 3 and get the same recording. No one ever answers. For all those in the US that never received your merchandise or are getting a run around go to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) website and fill out a fraud complaint. Just did mine yesterday.

United States | 27 December 2024After 1 month and the order is still not shipped. The 100% return is a complete scam. I have tried to submit 3 tickets to them and no one respond. I have tried to make calls, chat to live agent but again no respond. Overall, super terrible service. $40 for a lesson.

United Kingdom | 27 December 2024I ordered a photo to put in a frame for Christmas day and paid extra for postage so it would arrive in time but it never did! I tried to call a couple of days before Christmas to check it was on it's way as I hadn't heard anything but was put on hold for over half an hour so I never got through to anyone. A terrible service which I will never use again! I have since had an email to say sorry for the delay, but I would have ordered from someone else if I had known they would not deliver in time. It is now 08/01/2025 and I am still waiting for my order. I have tried contacting customer services but no one answers. I am surprised that this company is allowed to still be trading!

United States | 27 December 2024Made a calendar for my boyfriend for Christmas, expected arrival was BY 12/24. Today is 12/26 and still on the other side of the Atlantic ocean. I called customer service days prior to when it should’ve arrived and was, again, promised it would be here on 12/24. I should’ve just gone to Walmart.
