At first I got this as a gift for my fiance on a whim and this was the first business that popped up and with the discounts it made it in my price range to buy sadly I couldn't afford to get it before Christmas but that's on me when it got here everything turned out fine the blanket is amazing andy fiancee loves it so thank you for making the perfect gift

The book was fine. The process of creating it was easy. However, our photobook was submitted well in advance of the company's promised delivery before Christmas. It was a gift so we really wanted it in time. It didn't happen. We received the book on the 27th. I phoned customer care. I emailed customer care. In both cases all I got was boilerplate answers. The promised resolution to "my problem" arrived two days late.

Don’t order! I paid for a speedy delivery for Christmas, has only arrived today on the 28th and is the thinnest, poorest quality ever. Too embarrassed to give to the person as a gift as it looks like a £10 calendar not a £35 one!

I ordered a calendar from printerpix for a white elephant present for work and the pictures turned out really good the only down fall is it showed up after Christmas but its also my fault due to ordering it a week before Christmas thank you!

EDIT: note their reply. It’s been another 10 days. We still haven’t received the item or a response from them or a refund. .Item not shipped for Christmas delivery despite a site promise and extra shipping paid. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone just and auto reply. Won't let me cancel after it still had not shipped 4 days after the quoted date of receipt. Also quoted shipping within USA and it is shipping outside of US. Fed ex never heard of the tracking number Printerpix finally sent when I asked to cancel the order.

First of all they shipped the order late so now I'm supposed to get it after Christmas. They sent me a tracking number but the tracking doesn't work. on the website it says they have customer service 24/7 but in a different area it says they are only open from Monday to Friday. I tried submitting a ticket but they want a reference number but I was not given a reference number and I can't send it without one. They say they want to help but it's almost impossible to find a phone number. When you call them you are placed on hold forever, I never have been able to actually talk to someone. By submitting this review hopefully someone will reach out to me.

They got the order right and it was on time, which is why I gave 2 stars. However, the blankets were soooo thin, and the pictures that show the sizes should really be updated. Instead of a throw blanket it looked like a towel for a baby. I won't be using printerpix again, at least not for blankets.

Only giving one star because one of two orders came on time and looked good despite the item showing as having a stand and coming with none (what the heck are we supposed to do with a flat metal sheet??). But for me to have ordered the calendars in November and they still haven't arrived is incredibly unprofessional and just total crap. I'm not using these guys again.

Ordered product with plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. Fabrication time was supposed to take 2-4 days but instead took 9 days. I chose this company since they were the only one I found that said they could deliver before Christmas. I can understand delays around the holidays but they have done nothing to make it right. I can't evaluate the product but if you need something in specific time frame I would look else next time.

I’m disappointed. I was supposed to receive my order on 12/25/24 as a Christmas gift for someone and have still not received it.

I ordered and paid for rush handling, was told my order would arrive by 12/25... it's now 12/28 and it shows my package is in the UK... I've emailed multiple times and gotten the same response, when I reply that my issue isn't resolved they don't respond anymore.

So disappointed with the photo calendar I received. Cheaply printed and took longer than expected to arrive despite paying extra to “jump the queue” won’t be ordering again.

I chose Printerpix for a special Christmas gift for my wife and paid an extra £6 for the “rushed” delivery option, which their website promised would ensure delivery within 1-2 days. Based on this, the gift should have arrived by Christmas Eve at the latest. However, it’s now well past Boxing Day, and the item still hasn’t arrived. To make matters worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent. The “Contact Us” section is pointless—there’s no one to chat with or speak to, only automated answers. When I emailed them, I got an automated response as well, with no real follow-up or resolution. This delay completely ruined what was meant to be a heartfelt surprise for my wife. The rushed delivery option feels like a scam, and the lack of customer support only adds to the frustration. If you’re counting on Printerpix for a time-sensitive gift, think twice. This has been an awful experience, and I won’t be using them again.

Do yourself a favor and print your project at a local shop. Printerpix did not meet their advertised timelines and failed to respond to customer service requests. I paid for $125 in rush/expedited fees alone for a simple photo book. It is now 9 days later and according to their website the project still hasn't even been completed let alone shipped. (They advertised that if I submitted the request by the deadline, which I did, it would ARRIVE in 5 days in time for Christmas). It's been an additional 2 days and nobody has responded to my customer support email. Is this "company" just 1 guy in a garage? I get it's the holidays, but this is about about false (and very costly) expectations. Don't say you what you can't deliver on, let alone charge $125 for it. 1/10/25 Update: it is now several weeks later (after "Joey" immediately apologized in response to my trustpilot review) but I still have not received a response to any of my emails, there's no live human to get a hold of, I still have no idea where my order is, they literally have stolen $300

Do not purchase from this company. They are scammers. Paid for photo tiles mid November, they sent to the wrong postcode so my order didn’t arrive. I was told they would resend my order but I now cannot get a response and they have robbed my money. Do not order from them, they have the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards and American Express are reporting them to get my money back. They are robbers. Alan from their customer care team is ignoring 15 of my emails.

Terrible service. Ordered way before Xmas and paid extra for 'Rush' delivery so that it would be here before time. Still no product and support are useless. Even telling me that I didn't pay for Rush even though I did.

I didn’t receive my order in time, actually I am still waiting for it and also my tracking number is still missing. I would wish that the client service would be on the problem and work solution- oriented.
