Extremely poor quality photo calendar and customer service. The pictures had white flecks all over them. Multiple contact was attempted with the customer service team via email, raising a ticket and calling. The only response being an automated generic email with no resolution.

I ordered a calendar, which came and was damaged. Contacted Printerpix and received a slow reply apologising and saying they would resend. Nothing sent and when I chased, no reply. Disappointing as the calendar was nice. Wouldn’t use again.

I never received my order

Charged us $80.00 for shipping to get them to us by the date needed and were three days past the date and still don't have them also charged us $5.00 a blanket to rush order 5th r.that didn't help either

Avoid! I wish I had read the reviews first. I paid extra for express guaranteed delivery before Xmas. A photobook gift for my elderly sick mother for Xmas. I got an awful, standard automated, non-personal email on 23rd December stating “delays in fulfilling orders”… I immediately replied to “Chloe” and on Xmas day got another non-personal response that failed to answer my questions about refunding at least my delivery cost, asking for a more appropriate time-line for actual delivery rather than “delayed” and compensation offer. I’ve given them a few opportunities to fix, address, respond. They’ve failed. It is now 29th (9 days past) and still no reply to my email… and no sign of my purchase. No choice but to claim a chargeback from my card company - they’ll provide an instant refund.

I ordered a book Dec. 3 for my granddaughter's Christmas present. It is Dec. 29 I have yet to receive it. Very frustrating. Hoping to eventually get it.

I love with my blanket, the colors are bright and perfect and the material is amazing and so comfortable. I got 2 more for family members for Xmas and they loved theirs too

I bought calendars to give for Christmas. There was a time to finish and order to get them in time. I made sure I had them completed by the deadline. Today is 12/29/24 and I still have not received them. I have had this problem before with them but thought I'd give them another chance.

Terrible!! Ordered December 5th and still have yet to receive my order as of 12/29/24. These were Christmas presents and I will make sure to let everyone on my social media know you guys are a scam. I want my money back !!!

My calendar never arrived

I haven't heard anything about my order since I ordered it a week ago and the tracking information given doesn't exist when I try to track it!

The product was great. HOWEVER, their customer service was less than stellar. The website delays sending the confirmation email and loading it into the "myorders" which led to me ordering 2 of the same calendar accidentally. I called immediately after recieving 2 confirmation emails about 5 min later. they assured me everything was ok, they would cancel one of my orders and refund it to my paypal account. None of which happened and now I have 2 calendars and no refund.

Rubbish customer service, tried to sort a gift out for my mother for Christmas 2024, it states on the website that if you are not 100% happy with your prints that they will either reprint or refund. I am not happy with what I recoeved the quality is rubbish, and not what I was expecting recieved on the 12th of December so plenty of time to sort it out.... I emailed 3-4 times and spent countless hours on live chat waiting for a human to no success. It wasn't until I raised a refund via PayPal that they replied trying to suggest that I have revived what I asked for. BUT as there website suggests that if you are not happy they will refund you! Still fighting and what ever the outcome if ypu want bad photo quality with a a heap of bad customer service then this is the place for you! Of not I'd suggest looking around.

This company is a SCAM. I was promised my order by Christmas. It is now December 29th and it hasn’t shipped and I can’t get in touch with them. Do NOT order from them!

I ordered on the 20th of December and it still hasn't arrived. I was informed today that it's still being manufactured, it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I needed the gift for tomorrow. I asked to cancel the order as it won't be here in time now, they said no.

Not good - accepted a christmas order, still hasnt posted or delivered, doesn't reply to email request to refund/cancel. Possible scam ?

Order is late and have only received one of two orders.

Received someone else's blanket and then couldn't even get ahold of anyone to either get my blanket or money back....SCAMMERS!
