Ich bin absolut unzufrieden. Der bestellte A3-Fotokalender kam nach sehr langer Lieferzeit teilweise geknickt an. Papierqualität unbefriedigend, dazu beidseitig bedruckt. Billigste "Qualität", Finger weg von Printerpix!!! Update: Natürlich hat sich bei mir niemand aus diesem unseriösen "Team" gemeldet, wie mit der 08/15-Antwort auf meine Bewertung angekündigt. Terrible Experience with Printerpix USA – Poor Quality and Non-Existent Customer Support I had an extremely disappointing experience with Printerpix USA. I placed an order (Order #CO60R94447[64483321]) and was shocked by the substandard quality of the prints I received. The pictures were poorly done—shabby, washed out, and completely lacking the vibrancy of the original images I provided. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested a full refund. They instructed me to return the product, which I did, and I even shared the USPS return receipt as proof. However, since then, I have only received automated replies full of generic apologies and no real action. Despite numerous follow-ups, they continue to stall, and I feel completely ignored. This company’s lack of accountability and refusal to provide proper customer service is unacceptable. Their "support team" is clearly designed to frustrate customers rather than assist them. Save yourself the trouble—do not order from Printerpix. They fail to deliver quality products, and their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If delayed please let your customers right away and don't make excuses about quality control etc. Do not send your customer notice on December 23rd (19 business days from order submission) to make 'other' arrangements for Christmas products. Take your responsibility and refund for what you did not deliver. Extremally disappointed

They lie about shipping times and capability of meeting expected time frames. I ordered and paid extra for expedited printing and shipping and it gave me a 5 day expected time frame. I am over 10 days now with no product in hand still and no tracking number even. I am beginning to wonder if they are just scam artists who took over 100 dollars with no intent to deliver. Buyers beware!

Great prices, timely delivery.

When I ordered the calenders the shipping said guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It was supposed to be there by the 23rd. Then it was updated to yesterday and now it says possible delivery today. I'm just disappointed in the delivery saying guaranteed before Christmas and it still hasn't come yet. It was supposed to be Christmas gifts for the family.

Ordered in time for Christmas delivery as assured on website. Paid extra for faster delivery. Over £80 spent and to to-date (27/12/24) no item. Rubbish automatic replies when you contact them. No idea if my item is even made let alone posted. I can understand late postage over Christmas but lack of customer support is unforgivable. Will never use again and will advise others to avoid.

It is really pretty and glad I could customize it as much as I did, you really have freedom to make it your own. Only complaints are some of the pictures turned out blurry and it took longer to receive than I thought.

They said that my order will arrive before Christmas and Christmas already past, I don’t have to updates from my order.

I ordered on Dec 1st for a Christmas gift for my mother in law. Said it was shipped on the 12th. We never received it. Tracking says it’s getting prepared in TX. Because of this I had to run out and over night something to her so she would have a Christmas present. I have tried multiple times to get a refund and contact the company I just keep getting the run around. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UPSETTING. Do not buy they just take your money. Read reviews first. I definitely wish I did.

Was sent to wrong address. I emailed customer support about it and never got a response. Now I have to pay for ups to send to the correct address. Also did not make eta date as promised. Was supposed to receive by Christmas and still have not received the package. Shutterfly has much better customer service and prices

When I ordered this book it said it would be here before Christmas and two days after it still hasn’t arrived.

I placed an order on November 19th. I reached out for Printerpix two weeks later and was told it was in production. A week later I was told it was still in production. Since I was leaving town, I changed the shipping address. I called again on December 12th, I was told it was in production but should ship soon. I received a notification the next day that it had shipped. Today is December 27th. We haven’t received anything.

I placed an order on 21st Dec and paid for expedited delivery, which the website said meant it would arrive by Christmas. They sent an email that it was dispatched on 24th, but now on 27th Evri's tracking says they haven't even received it yet. When asking customer service for help, they just resent the tracking link, which is not helpful at all.

Printerpix advertised delivery in time for Christmas, which I paid extra to get. Not only did the product not arrive in time, it never arrived at all! They have taken my money and provided no goods. Any interaction with Printerpix is conducted through a terrible AI response service that makes no sense. In short, there are more reputable brands out there. Don’t fall for the ads promising fast delivery. You pay through the nose for it, and might not receive anything at all. Printerpix are nothing short of scammers.

Commande passée le 1er décembre cadeau de Noël ,puis expédié le 12 le suivi m'indique que mon colis est en Allemagne puis plus rien.dhl m'indique qu'il faut contacter le vendeur mais compliqué car en Angleterre. Mais finalement le colis est livré dans les temps il ne faut pas se fier au suivi.
