United States | 27 December 2024After seeing on your website that I could place an order and it would get to me before Christmas, I created a custom calendar for my wife and was excited to give it to her as a gift on Christmas. Your website said I would receive it on December 23rd. All over your website you guaranteed that if you ordered by a certain date it would arrive before Christmas. It is now a day after Christmas and I still have nothing. I can see that it’s been sitting at the same location since for over a week now. When I tried to reach out to customer support about this they sent me the following response and ended the conversation immediately after so I couldn’t respond. “I have checked for the details of your order placed on 12/15/2024 and your order was dispatched from our production facility on 12/16/2024 and is currently on its way to be delivered to you. We produce personalized products so generally takes 02-04 business days in production and 10-15 business days in delivery.” Agent closed the conversation. If it takes 10 to 15 business days to get an item, why would you advertise all over your website that if I order before a specific date I would get it before Christmas??

United States | 26 December 2024I'm STILL waiting for my order. Today is Dec 26 and I put the order in on Dec 3rd. This was meant for a Christmas gift and now it's AFTER Christmas! Very dissappointed! I keep tracking the order and everyday it gets pushed forward a day - ridiculous! Today is Dec. 30th - You apologize and say someone will reach out to me...but I'm still waiting. :( ok - finally Dec 30th late afternoon - it ARRIVED [but nobody ever reached out to me from the company]- the photo calendar arrived very bent and the spiral was not completely connected to all the pages. Now I know - this company is not for me - but thanks for trying!

I called repeatedly and was told different hours to wait to call back and different time frames... there is no updated tracking information for my order since it's supposedly left the warehouse. I've called UPS and they said they did not receive the package. When I informed the people who answer the phone they blew me off and told me to wait a week. Thank you very much for my Christmas present that I did not receive and I paid $57.44. I want to refund and it will not be given because they won't give it to me so I will be disputing it with my bank.

Paid for it to be delivered by the 20th and they say they gave it to usps but usps does not have it (they say they shipped it out on the 20th). Very unhelpful customer service. Won’t give me a refund for the photo book I will not be receiving or for the extra shipping I paid for. Need my money back so I can take my business elsewhere.

J’ai passé ma commande dans les délais indiqués pour une livraison garantie avant Noël, et j’ai même payé pour une livraison express afin de m’assurer qu’elle arrive à temps. Malgré cela, ma commande n’est pas arrivée, et le problème n’a toujours pas été résolu, même maintenant, après Noël. Le manque de communication et d’urgence de la part du service client est totalement inacceptable. J’ai fait confiance à Printerpix pour tenir ses promesses, mais ils ont échoué. Cela a gâché mes plans et causé un stress inutile. Je ne recommande absolument pas Printerpix. Un service déplorable et un manque total de fiabilité !

Made an order for Christmas well before the cut off date, they never sent it and had to source some other presents. And I am still trying to make them send it to me or issue a refund and talking to the customer service representatives is like talking to a brick wall. They take a few days to reply to say nothing useful. Won't be using them again, there are more options around.

Yes I had to pay quite abit extra for rushed delivery to ensure it got to where it needed to be but it got there and it's excellent quality. The photo slate is excellent quality and the print is clear and crisp. It arrived in 1 piece and on time! Thanks printerpix

United Kingdom | 26 December 2024Since it seems there's no response in the UK page, which I now know they display incorrect scores on their website. As many have posted here, orderer before the cutoff, paid extra for quicker turnout, and still no item. Now this time of the year, it's understandable, things can get crazy, now what bothers me is the amount of people complaining, one that is more cynical could even thing if that's a tactic of "bank now, knowing we will never meet these deadlines and ask for forgiveness later" I really hope this is not case, but being a genuine issue with the delivery process or even the manufacturing process I would have hoped the company to start reaching out, even if it's through it's official social media channels to let people know instead it's being quiet and waiting so complaints about it...

United States | 26 December 2024I placed a $2000 order prior on Dec 18th, 2024 and paid the extra $5 to "push the order to the front of the line". At checkout it said i qualified for a FREE upgrade to EXPEDITED SHIPPING. HOWEVER, WHEN I WROTE THE HELP DESK TO ENSURE I RECEIVED THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. they responded with "No. This is a busy time and we are working quickly on each order but will NOT be expediting your order. WHY did I pay an extra $5 & WHY WAS I TOLD I GOT FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING IF THAT WAS NOT THE CASE??? FALSE ADVERTISIZING AND INACCURATE DELIVERY TIMES. I knew the order would not arrive by Christmas, but was originally given a delivery of before new years eve, to hand out for the new year. Now it's not till Jan 6th,2025. This is ridiculous. You'd think with a $2000 order the company would want to keep me as a repeat customer, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Happiness and satisfaction NOT GUARANTEED

United Kingdom | 26 December 2024No present to give on Christmas day after spending over £50 on a photo book that I ordered on the 16th Dec and was guaranteed to get here in time for Christmas. Received a UPS update on 23rd to say it was being shipped from Poland! Hopeful it may get here on next day delivery - of course not. Really unhappy and very embarrassing for me as wasn't able to give a present to my mother in law on Xmas day. Delivery update is now saying 31 December! Your delivery is letting you down. Be transparent and don't promise things you can't fulfil. I would like a refund as I am unable to gift this as my mother in law lives abroad and will have gone home by the 31st December. Really disappointed with the service

United Kingdom | 26 December 2024The calendar was nice but so very small and massively over priced. My fault, as I got cm and inches muddled, but I thought for the money that it would be bigger. BUT, it was so tiny yet it still cost me over £16. I felt ripped off and it’s pretty useless to write on as there’s hardly any room. When I looked at the bigger calendars after I had received my mini version they were asking nearly £40!! Now that IS a rip off. I Won’t use them again.
