No product received, no shipping number, not on time (promised Christmas eve in hand). No way to get in touch with a real person. Do not recommend.

He realizado un pedido hace 2 semanas y no sé nada de él. Me aseguraron que se entregaba antes de navidad y el número de seguimiento que me dan es falsos, no existe. No hay forma de contactar con ellos y no voy a poder dar el regalo que había preparado. Iré a denunciar a la oficina de consumo, creo que todos debemos hacerlo para que cierren esa página

Placed order on the 19th, paid the extra $5 to expedite production, because I needed the calendar to come in by the 23rd. Fully customizable, which takes a while, but is worth it. Showed up in time, & the quality is great.

Paid a ridiculous amount for my order to be delivered “ guaranteed” for christmas. Order did not arrive. No update as to when it will arrive. Attempting to speak to customer service is impossible. No wonder this company have instagram comments turned off!

After waiting four weeks for the product to arrive USPS, I opened it and the colors weren't even close to the picture I had sent. I was expecting a vibrant color, being on metal, instead of the dull grayish color I received. Due to this and the long wait from the PO, I had lost a client.

Placed an order for my father for Christmas. The website had a HUGE banner on top saying orders placed by such and such a date would be guaranteed to arrive for Christmas. I placed my order 3 days before this deadline. According to the tracking this will not be delivered until Dec 31st. I am very disappointed considering this was my dads only present.

I have waited for over a month for my order of 22 mini books . Still has not arrived . They were Christmas gifts for the extended family and included a memorial to my aunt that recently passed away. The chat feature is never working, only once have I received a response and the "inquiry tickets " I have generated have never been followed up on. NO help from their customer service . I finally ordered them from somewhere else and received those books in 10 days .

I ordered this a day or two before the we'll get it to you by Christmas deadline. I sit here Christmas morning and it's not here. There's not even any shipping confirmation, just we've received notice that a label was made. Bah Humbug!

*EDIT* FINALLY the tracking is saying by 1/2!! Unacceptable this was due before Christmas and yet no one has reached out to me still since the reply to my original review ,, this was a gift for a family member going over Seas and now will not have this cherished moments . I have requested a refund and no one has reached out to me . *** Edit*** It is now the 27th still no item ups still shows they do not have my item . Other then the reply to my original review I have sent several messages and zero response . I searched through several companies before choosing to make my gift , this site said it would be delivered by Christmas Eve. I places my order on the 17th of December their cut off was the 18th ( stating even people ordering by the 18th 99 % would receive by Christmas ) I did not get my order through it says it was sent on the 21st when I try to track my package it says ups still has not even received my item. Very disappointed.

Puzzle was delivered in time for Christmas. The puzzle picture quality is dark and not clear. Can’t see the picture of the individual on the puzzle. Was providing as a sentimental gift as the individual on the puzzle is deceased. Glad I looked at puzzle before gifting.

I placed an order on December 8th with rush shipping. I also did my diligence by confirming with chat support that if submitted it would arrive by Christmas, which they said I shouldn't have any problem. So I completed my order and waited for an update. Tracking wasn’t available until December 20th, leaving no time for alternative plans because at this point my order hadn't even reached USPS. Attempts to get updates through chat led to automated responses, with no real answers or live support. I finally heard from a representative on December 24th, but by then, it was way too late. I understand the holiday rush, but communication and transparency could have made a big difference in this situation. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating for such an important gift. I am not happy and would think twice about going with PrinterPix for any time sensitive or rush order gifts you're relying on getting in time. Not a good experience.

Die Kinder hatten es eilig mit einem Geschenk zu Weihnachten und ich hatte mir aufgrund der zugesagten Lieferung nicht die Mühe gemacht die Bewertungen hier zu lesen. Mein Fehler. Aber hier nun die Warnung für alle: Am 14.12. eine Decke in der Größe 152 * 203 cm über Groupon Gutschein bestellt. Lieferzusage auf der Homepage zu Weihnachten und die Bilder waren super schnell hochgeladen und eine nette Decke für die Kids als Geschenk für die Mama geplant. Alles sehr einfach und stimmte einen optimistisch. Die Kinder freuten sich bereits. Nun aber die Ernüchterung. Die Bestellbestätigung wies eine kleinere Decke aus. Jetzt begann ich auch die Bewertungen zu lesen und Angst machte sich breit. Das wird nichts zu Weihnachten. Ich habe alle Kontaktkanäle auf allen Seiten .com, .de, .uk etc. angeschrieben und es kam tatsächlich eine Rückmeldung. Die Bewertungen hier doch falsch? Ich hatte Hoffnung. Erläutert wurde mir, dass eine falsch Bestellung mit Groupon ausgeschlossen sei, ich den Gutschein von Groupon beifügen solle und es würde nochmals geprüft. Ein Fehler seitens printerpix sei aber ausgeschlossen. Ich sehe das nicht so, da sowohl Porto für die große Decke - immerhin 11 EUR und der Gutschein für die große Decke abgezogen wurden. Ich habe also alles geschildert und was kommt natürlich nicht? Eine Rückmeldung. Funkstille. Super, das läuft ja. Und bevor jetzt eine Rückmeldung kommt schreiben sie an resolutions at printer... auch das habe ich gemacht...Funkstille. Nunja die falsche Größe ist ja das eine, aber die Lieferung...richtig, die ist natürlich bis gestern auch nicht eingetroffen. Wo die Ware ist??? Keine Ahnung. Für 11 EUR Port erhält man hier keine Infos. Ich verstehe nicht, dass Groupon und Klarna mit solchen Unternehmen arbeiten. Aber auch hier werde ich die Sache noch schildern und sofern nicht kurzfristig Kontakt hergestellt ist, folgt noch eine Strafanzeige und mein Anwalt wird eingeschaltet. Ich habe die Firma in meinen Mail auf diese Bewertung hingewiesen und ich habe bis zuletzt auf eine Rückmeldung gehofft. Nun habe ich hier traurige Kinder und das nur, weil ich nicht die Bewertungen gelesen habe. Update: warum antwortet printerpix hier und nicht individuell auf meine Frage per vorliegender Mail zum Auftrag. Der Hinweis ich solle mich per Mail an resolutions… wenden ist ein Witz. Da habe ich schon hingeschrieben. Falls ernsthaft an einer Lösung seitens printerpix interessiert ist, meldet euch mit Bezug auf den Auftrag (ist hier hinterlegt) per Mail. Ich erreiche leider niemanden. Update 27.12.: Heute Versandt Mitteilung erhalten. Aber weiterhin kein Kontakt zum Support bezgl. falscher Größe im Bestellprozess. Update 02.01.: trotz Versandmitteilung ist das Paket immer noch nicht unterwegs. Mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit. Versprochener Kontakt bisher nicht erfolgt.

I waited till christmas was over to write my review. to be honest i thought it was going to be botched when it came in despite looking at the positive reviews and well it wasn’t botched at all it was really beautiful i broke down when i unpackaged it. the blanket consisted of pictures of my grandpa and grandma and it was gifted to my grandma and she loved it aswell thank you very much for giving me and other customers the ability to make these custom blankets, pillows and etc. i would def buy again although i hope i don’t have to because i plan on using this website for relatives who pass on more than anything. overall 13/10. oh it also arrived a day earlier than expected so 14/10

I purchased a blanket/throw for my mom for Christmas. It was super easy to design. It arrived a day earlier than promised. However the blanket itself was underwhelming. The shape isn’t square but rather pulled to one side. The black background is cheap looking. It’s only black when the nap is forward but if you rub it up it’s white. If I could do over I wouldn’t make this purchase.

I ordered a personalized photo calendar as a gift on 12/21/24. I paid extra for rush service to receive my package before Christmas. I’m happy to say it came 12/24/24. I love the calendar so much. Thank you.
