J'ai passé une commande de 101 euros, cependant malgré une facture pdf en ma possession, le numéro de commande n existe pas sur leur site, je n ai pas de mail de leurs part concernant la création de mes livres photos et leurs expéditions, et le pire c'est que malgré tout les contact essayé personne ne réponds... le numéro de tel réponds que le.nymero n est pas attribué, et les mails au sav ne me répondent pas... Je.suis en procedure avec PayPal pour récupérer mon argent, avant possible poursuite et/ou diffusion de ma plainte au média tel que l emission de julien courbet. A fuir ! Ne vous faites pas avoir.

I still have not received my order and I am not hearing back from anyone to tell me what happened! It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order!

Ordered states it is delayed. No specifics. Meanwhile they continue to inundate my email box with deals and ads. Which will only make my order more delayed if they attend to all the new business.

I haven't seen the blanket yet, it's a gift for my mom so it was shipped to her. I will say though, the experience of creating the blanket was very intuitive and easy. The website has a great design, and check out was easy. The most remarkable thing to me though, is that I created the blanket on something like December 16-17th,and I didn't think it had a chance to get to her by Christmas. Well, it was delivered on December 19th, in the peak of ordering and shipping season. I can hardly believe it. I am very grateful for the hard work of the Printerpix team to get this out the door so fast. I will update my review if my mom hates the blanket. Otherwise we can assume it is a quality product with good service.

I like your software compared to many others. The only issue was PayPal. It just kept hanging and I had to use another payment meathod. That may have been PayPal's issue but it did compound the transaction. All and all a good experince to date. I'm anxious to see the end result.

Terrible If you want a Christmas delivery make sure it’s ordered no later than November. They spam you with emails about getting gifts in time for Christmas, you pay for rush delivery to have it delivered on time and yet for the 2nd year running it’s not here. Last year was the benifit of the doubt, this time I’ll leave a review. Avoid this company like the plague if you want it on time

Well so far I’m not a fan. I ordered on Dec the 13th and I still have not received my order. No updates and it has been on its way to the facility for 6 days now. It said before Christmas delivery. When I chatted with someone yesterday alls they said was it will still has time.

I ordered 4 Christmas gifts that were guaranteed delivery and yesterday; 2 days before Christmas, I received email stating not going to be here in time. What am I supposed to do now. Go buy more gifts. Ridiculous

Estamos a día 2 y mañana es viernes luego tampoco va a llegar para reyes y vistas otras críticas ya dudo si va a llegar algun dia. UN TIMO

I already wrote a bad review because of their terrible service with not being able to use multiple discount codes and having to pay shipping per item so I could use my Groupon but then they got in contact with me and offered me literally no help or accommodations. Now after being reassured my items would ship by Christmas Eve, it’s now telling me one of them won’t get here until December 31st and they others won’t get here until January 3. Had I known I would have just cut my losses and never wasted my time. I needed these before Christmas and now it’s coming over a week later? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never shop here again and tell people not to bother with this mess of a company.

My calendar was supposed to arrive by Christmas if I ordered it by the day that I did and it has not arrived.

I had high hopes but also hesitant that my order wouldn’t arrive before Christmas although I paid EXTRA for quicker delivery. I made a blanket for my husband’s grandmother who just under went surgery. I had it shipped to where we are staying in IL while we are in town visiting family. It Was suppose to be delivered end of the day on 12/23 & now it won’t be delivered until 12/28. Unfortunately we fly out in the 26th from visiting family and back to AZ. Now there’s no alway of getting this blanket or getting it to his grandma. Very bummed & all the money spent.

Amazing outcome! Really happy with how fast it got here. The final results did not disappoint either pictures are clear and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Not even one star but it doesn’t let me just do it without selecting a star. First if you have any issues… no one is available-they have on their advertising on their website - 24/7 real humans not bots…I tried to chat to get some assistance with my order….definitely automated responses when I realized it was a bot I asked to chat with human … it tells me contact them. I tried calling it tell me to contact support, I tried emailing it tells me the typical I’m sorry you’re having trouble and tells me to contact support… nothing gave me a solution or answer. Three issues I was having problems with - one trying to get in touch with someone about my order while being pointed to one method when doing that method being redirected to a different method like sending me in circles and not connecting with anyone, trying to get it expedited and website seemed to glitch when trying to do it. Also when ordering prices seemed to change which was frustrating again like the website was glitching and couldn’t talk to support, tried it all. Then I get the spam marketing emails…. I have unsubscribed multiple times and least 10 and still getting emails. My order was unable to be expedited, never got to communicate with anyone, complete ripoff, and still getting advertisements in my email. NO STARS NO GOOD REVIEW - BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Starting to wonder if this is a real company. I usually use another company but I was enticed by the discounts, I won't do that again. I paid extra to have my photobooks by Christmas Eve, and they aren't here. Every year I get photobooks as stocking fillers, this feels such a shame to not have them. 30/12/24 I have still not received my items and I'm fed up with the bot Hannah Mae, emailing me to say my order is still being manufactured. I have emailed the resolution team as advised, so I look forward to hearing from them.

I haven’t received my pillow yet so I don’t know how happy I’ll be yet. I have seen your product from other peoples gifts and was impressed with the quality. I’m hoping mine arrives today so my daughter will have it for Christmas but I know it might not be possible.

Hab am eine Fotodecke für uber 45€ am 15.12 bestellt mit dem Versprechen dass es zu Weihnachten ankommen wird. Heute 24.12 und die Kinder stehen ohne Geschenk für die Grosseltern. Hab per Email mehrmals die Hotline kontaktiert ohne direkte oder genaue Antwort zum Lieferung zu bekommen. Bin echt enttäuscht. Erste und letzte mal hier bestellt. Werde auch ein Fall bei Paypal eröffnen. Bewertung einfach mangelhaft!!!
