DO NOT EVER USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE REST OF MY YEARS POLICY FEE AFTER MY CAT HAD TO BE EUTHANISED!! MY CLAIM WAS FOR £292.00, THEY DEDUCTED £79 EXCESS AND £172.80 FOR THE REST OF THE YEARS POLICY EVEN THOUGH MY CAT IS NO LONGER WITH ME! ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS AND DISGUSTED, I WILL BE WARNING EVERYONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS

Easy to understand

I've never made a claim with them, yet the premium to renew for my two cats has almost doubled. They know that as the animals age fewer insurances provide cover and they take advantage of this by pushing prices higher and higher. It's honestly disgusting. And the excuse that "pets are more likely to get sick. Vet fees are increasing. Inflation Bla bla bla" doesn't stand, I'm sorry. None of these account for almost 100% price increase, they're just bullying their loyal customers 🙄

Honest advice from staff over the phone on how to make the insurance cheaper whilst still getting the cover I wanted. Thanks

Easy to arrange Good value

The man was very helpfull snd answed all my quiries and explained ghe details oc the policy.

We had a GOLD policy with healthy pets for many years. Our dog had a lump which needed removal and investigation - they paid for this but instantly excluded any further skin issues from the policy even though the lump was just a fatty lump. We then discovered his heart wasn't working properly, he is now 11, we claimed for tests and medications but there were so many deductions by them the refund amounts were a fraction of what we were claiming, which you never appreciate when you take out these policies, but the worst bit was that the policy has just increased from £55 per month to £350 pounds a month at renewal! Because he now has a pre-existing condition and is elderly we can't get him insured on similar levels anywhere else. What a complete scam insurance is. They take your money year in, year out and then do this when you need to use it. I have cancelled the policy and will never use them again.

Extremely easy to use the online service and very quick . Worked for Tesco for 25yrs always had pet insurance with them , but no more.Gad a much better deal with Healthy Pets

Highly recommend The lady on the phone was very kind helpful she explained it very clearly nothing was to much trouble And if she didn’t know she the lady put me on hold and found out she was amazing nice to hear a human on the other end of the phone Thankyou I had my previous cat insurance unfortunately he had to be put to sleep. I contacted health, pets insurance, they were amazing. They did everything for me in my time of need. Kept me informed wouldn’t go anywhere else 5 star service
