The staff are kind, caring and always go the extra mile to help. I have had to claim through them twice now for my cat and each time, their customer service has exceeded my expectations and they are genuinely so caring about the situation going on. Yet, Healthy Pets still able to take monthly premium from my account. When I have tried telephoning the company, computers down & company not able to call me back. Previously I have had a better experience from the company.

All the Information online is set out in order to easily understand, the breakdown of the policy is to point with no Jargon.

How can you ask for the installments when our dog is no longer with us? Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.

Sadly my cat passed away a few weeks ago, we have had to pay the whole bill whilst waiting to hear back from them which is fine. But only to be told a ridiculous amount won’t be paid for, like the fact she was over 6 so a large amount got deducted. And that we have to pay the remaining contract even though our pet is no longer here, which is absolutely disgusting. They clearly could not care less about their customers and just want to take as much money as they possibly can out of them. Thankyou for making this whole situation that much harder for us.
