I have been with Healthy Pets since June 2021 and I have been so impressed with their service throughout. The staff are kind, caring and always go the extra mile to help. I have had to claim through them twice now for my cat and each time, their customer service has exceeded my expectations and they are genuinely so caring about the situation going on. Having healthy pets insurance with our first dog and having a first class service, we have taken out a second policy with our new addition.

Lovely staff who know their stuff and speak to you like a real person. I've been a customer for a few years and they have been nothing but helpful.

Still awaiting payment from Healthy Pets, despite receiving email stating my claim settled. Company said my bank had refused payment into my account. Yet, Healthy Pets still able to take monthly premium from my account. When I have tried telephoning the company, computers down & company not able to call me back. Previously I have had a better experience from the company.

Used before for one of our cats and were very happy. Easy to do online and happy to use again.

Phoned to see if prices of policies could be reduced. Staff was very helpful and managed to reduce both policies substations by changing providers.

I have just taken out a new policy for my kitten, my other cat is also insured with Healthy pets and had no issues with customer services or making a claim in the past which is why i have chosen them for my new kitten Groot. All the Information online is set out in order to easily understand, the breakdown of the policy is to point with no Jargon.

Do not use this company. Our dog unfortunately passed away unexpectedly. We were told we had to pay the next 11 months installments, plus £125 and then a further 20%. How can you ask for the installments when our dog is no longer with us? Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.

Would highly advise to not go with this pet insurance. Sadly my cat passed away a few weeks ago, we have had to pay the whole bill whilst waiting to hear back from them which is fine. But only to be told a ridiculous amount won’t be paid for, like the fact she was over 6 so a large amount got deducted. And that we have to pay the remaining contract even though our pet is no longer here, which is absolutely disgusting. They clearly could not care less about their customers and just want to take as much money as they possibly can out of them. Thankyou for making this whole situation that much harder for us.
