When they were 28 days with us and still not paid they admitted errors and promised a quick payment. This never materialised after 3 attempts and now they have said it will be another week. They have admitted making 3 errors which is now with their Complaints Team. Not once have I felt they have cared for our situation. My recommendation would be to avoid Healthy Pets at all costs. Simply the worst Pet Insurance I have had in 40 years.
