very impressed with speed of delivery - ordered in the morning and was delivered same day. Gift prices were ok - some expensive but products in different price ranges available. Good range of gift items - would have liked option to select items to make alterations to basket contents. Very easy to order and pay.

Worst Service-Read below to understand. If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don't care if it's delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care. .Also can't place a complain..wow. 2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn't even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn't come. Lost surprise & money.they didn't care to ask or follow. Tough luck!! No where to complain. No one to listen. I'm stunned to see people rating over 1 star. Guess they didn't face yet to speak to their customer service !!!

They called to offer 15% discount on ordering flowers / cakes on their website but once the selection was done no discount was offered! Full of lies! Pls do not use fnp ae/ferns n petals dubai. By far the worst customer experience ever! They were unable to deliver my order previously to my friend and ruined my surprise! Never again am I ordering from here.

In the past Ferns and petals has been my choice for cakes and flowers BUT in the recent past 2months to be precise I’m getting over them. Their products are still good but THEIR DELIVERY PERSONNELS are way so unprofessional and uncouth. On 25th November,2022 I was served by a super rude delivery guy very very rude. In May,2022 a delivery guy delivered cake while I was away and I saved his number coz I wanted to send delivery location. Unfortunately I never remembered to delete his contacts. He (Prasanth) that’s the name I got on WhatsApp had guts to hit on me. Seriously what kind of people are u working with so annoying

The best cakes shop I found in Dubai. I organise parties a lot at my house and tried a few places already, but they had nothing special. However, I ordered from FPN and I was so impressed with everything. First, their orders arrive in time. I asked to have it delivered one hour before the the party starts and I was nervous they will be late, but they brought it exactly one hour before! Now when it comes to the cakes, they were madly good! The guests literally started with the cake instead of the food. I had one big round cake + a set of cupcakes, they got finished in no time and I wish I ordered more. My tip: order more cupcakes, trust me, they are really delicious. Plus they look so cute!!! I took one million photos. I will surely become a regular customer and I am keen to try some other products from them.
