WORST SERVICE. I RECEIVED CAKE IN FREEZED CONDITION AS I FELT ICE IN MY MOUTH. I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SEVICE AGENT AND SHE TOLD THAT ITS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL AND IF IT WAS FREEZED I WOULD HAVE KEPT A "CREAM" CAKE OUTSIDE 🙄 THE REPLACEMENT WAS ROTTEN, IT HAD SOUR TASTE AND THE CAKE SLICE FELL APART THE MOMENT I CUT IT. NOW THEY R ONLY GIVING ME TIME TO REFUND MY AMOUNT, EVERYTIME I ASK THEM THEY KEEP ON SAYING 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE.. I WOULD TELL EVERY MEDIA ACCOUNT THEY R THE WORST!!!

Manager promised that flowers will be delivered max at 2pm but in real it was delivered at 3:35 pm AND IT WAS LEFT NEAR DOOR STEP BECAUSE RECIEVER ALREADY LEFT !!!

This is not a trustworthy website totally unprofessional ,hopeless service there is no guarantee that your gifts will get delivered on time as My order ID 2272724 they have cancelled our order without our consent. After accepting the order and not delivering on the promised day

The worst company to make an order from. Order was placed on Wednesday for Saturday was paid for, driver lied and said he arrived at the location and we refused the order. Whe contacted them and they sent us from pillar to post about the order, saying it will arrive in 40 min again, 40 mina later they said they only recieved, the order 7pm Saturday, and our event started at 2pm. Guests were leaving and they still had not delivered the cakes at 9pm.
