The hamper wasn’t really up to the expectation as the flowers came a bit gloomy ( not quite fresh ) and the size of the hamper was considered on the smaller side.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Ordered a cake three days ahead for my Son’s 1 year birthday party. Received an SMS confirming delivery by 12 noon on his birthday. 12 comes and no cake. Customer service says it’s because the flavor needed to be confirmed. Why they didn’t call after the order was placed or the day before, I have no idea. They were present enough to send WhatsApp messages confirming a delivery time but couldn’t ask for a flavor confirmation there at all. In the end, no cake for the party.

My instructions were not followed correctly and i was sent the wrong design, wrong cake message and when everything was amended, the cake was 1.5 hours late. Super disappointed and will probably never ever use fnp again. The bakery workers are very incompetent and one of the agents on the phone actually told me that the cake they sent was better than what i asked for. This is extremely rude since nobody asked for her opinion and i am the one who paid 500 dirhams for the cake. Unprofessional and incompetent is what i got out of this whole experience.
