I order from Ferns N petals and the quality of the product was very good and it arrived on time. My wife was happy and the overall experience was very good.

After sales is terrible to say the least. I called 5 seconds after placing an online order (500 AED+), realizing there was no obvious way to put in the 10% off promo code, asking for a part refund. They tell me there's no way now, and that I should accept a voucher instead. After unsuccessfully trying to reason with them, asking for alternatives, I decide to cancel my order so I can place it _again_. They tell me orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, especially since I want to use the promo. What? So are you trying to deny me the promo wilfully or a cancellation, or both? Since at first I wanted to simply place the order again, I decided I no longer want to do business with them. I was well under my right for a cancellation since it had only been 2 minutes. They then tell me the order has already been processed and cannot be refunded. Absolutely abhorrent way to make a new customer. They also then explain to me how e-commerce works. After fighting tooth and nail and repeated phone calls, I finally was told I'd get my refund within 3 to 5 days. I don't know what to recommend, but someone who owns and has run an e-commerce business for the better parts of two decades, I have a fairly good idea how refunds and cancellations work, and how not to trip up customers especially when they know they can save a little. Would never be using them again.

No star...my celebration mood is spoiled by fnp. Today I ordered personalised mug to gift for my husband on his first Father's day but yet the gift is not delivered and the same was supposed to be done by 10pm, now it's 12am. Made so.many calls but no one pick it up. Made msgs on whtsapp and insta but after take ng order no. no reply....never in my lifetime I will order anything from them

Today was a day completely ruined and disturbed by Ferns and Petals. MASSIVE amount of frustration and disappointment. Pathetic customer service I have been instructed by my manager not to order from you every again I was on the phone call with FNP for almost 3 hours today ! I cannot believe the unprofessional, inefficient customer service that I have experienced today I made my order around 11am and everything was confirmed (on the mobile, landline and WhatsApp) after minimum of 16-17 calls. Out of which 12 calls were ignored by FNP I sent a picture of the selected flower and the time of delivery was set for before 2:30pm as the recipient office would close after that. After 1 HOUR I was casually whatsapped and told that they don’t have the base of the flower available and the order might be delayed. THEN around 1pm I was told they don’t have anyone to deliver it! After back and forth calls, anger, explanations they asked me to send a driver of my own to pick and deliver and they would waive the delivery charges. I arranged a driver from our end. And I was told the flowers are ready at the store in Al Quoz and the driver can give my name and pick it up around 2pm. My driver reached at 2pm and I was called at 2:15 (mind you the delivery time was before 2:30pm) saying that the orchids are not fresh so they will put other color of orchids to fill my order. Which when I saw a picture of was a complete disaster and EXTREMELY UGLY AND UNSOPHISTICATED arrangement was made which was honesty just an embarrassment to look at let alone sending it to the CEO of a FREEZONE Never ordering from you again. They didn’t even agree on a refund I agreed to send the ugliest flowers as I didn’t have the choice. This was all after almost 100 calls and msgs and I am NOT exaggerating Zara

they charge 40AED for delivery and came late! I tried to call and check but no one picked the phone. The cake wasn’t good and not as described Disappointed!

I gave them really detailed instructions but failed to follow it. They delivered my orders separately when it was supposed to be delivered together. They also messed up the cake. The greeting was written poorly it says “Huppy Bivthday” i’m so upset.

Gift never delivered My gift was never delivered and they charged extra for delivery too .appalling no explanation and no one replied no answere

I ordered in advance to have a delivery made on 31 July, 2020 within a certain time frame.. The recipient replied with location and everything.. Yet around 10:00pm they informed me the attempted to deliver but failed! The next day with a morning time frame again they failed to deliver.. It was delivered 19:00 on the following day.. After the recipient has traveled.. So really it was meaningless.... Although I called multiple times none of their employees had the decency to apologize once!!

Unprofessional... the worst ever experience i had in my life in Dubai.
