The call centre, thr delivery service, thr goods, the customer service.. I have never come across such an unorganised group..I'd like to give them no stars. And on a special day..they do this.. I am speechless.. I'm not sure how they are even in business still.. worst worst worst

Today’s order which was supposed to be delivered on or before 5pm still has not arrived! All fnp numbers cannot be contacted! No replies in whatsapp! My advise to people considering ordering from fnp - spare yourselves from the headache and frustration! Stay away from fnp! Unreliable s**s of b*****s!

United States | 14 February 2025Horrible Experience – Ruined My Valentine’s Day! NEGATIVE 100 stars!!!!! I ordered flowers three days in advance to surprise my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day since I’m out of town. The flowers were supposed to be delivered February 14, 2025 between 0600 and 1700, but they never arrived! Because of this, my girlfriend now thinks I forgot Valentine’s Day, and she’s so upset that she won’t even talk to me. This has completely ruined our relationship, all because FNP failed to deliver on time. If you’re thinking of ordering from FNP, DON’T—unless you want to risk ruining a special occasion or even your relationship. FNP is completely unreliable, and I will make sure to warn everyone I know to stay far away. Absolutely unacceptable! I tried calling multiple times using the numbers on their website, but they kept hanging up. I also messaged them on WhatsApp, and no one responded. This is completely unacceptable. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a total scam! I will report this company to my credit card provider for fraud. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to get scammed and have your special occasion ruined!

Sweden | 14 February 2025Terrible customer service! Son ordered flowers in a pot for his gf for valentines. Flowers arrived with delivery man who was clearly outsourced with car full of balloons and flowers all over the seat. Broken flowers, No water in pot so flowers had already started To die, leaves broken and bouquet skew and not tied properly. After numerous calls & what’s app messages to FNP, still No management called as Promised. Finally Got a what’s app to say the flwpers the driver took photo of looked ok to them…. Driver originally gave me pot with flowers which I refused straight away since dying and looked terrible. The other pot was better but nowhere up to standard the way they should Have looked. Terrible customer Service, will never use again!!! Clearly they don’t want to have repeat customers since they don’t care.

United Arab Emirates | 14 February 2025One of the worst company on earth. I placed order for Valentine's Day delivery yesterday Feb 13th, 2025 08.30 am. By default the delivery slot provided was 6.00 am to 5.00 pm. Only default standard shipping was available and they charged me 59 dhs. Now I called and confirmed with the customer service team that my wife works in school and it closes by 2.00 pm. This call was made on 14th Feb 08.44 am. They said it will be done before 2.00 pm. They only processed and dispatched for delivery afternoon 01.18 pm. There customer service phone has been kept down and keeps disconnecting. So no one to attend to. It's already 3.00 pm and still no calls for delivery. They spoiled my surprise since my wife is closed and she is back home. Such a pathetic company. They charged more than 200 dhs for such worst service. If you can't understand the emotions and feelings involved in gifting, you shouldn't be in this business. Your actions show a lack of respect for customers' sentiments. Valentine's Day is about making loved ones feel special, and delivering a surprise at the end of the day defeats the whole purpose. Shut it down if you can't deliver on your promises. There is no point in offering a surprise delivery service if you can't execute it when it matters most. Like in India we call this "Kacharaaa" company.

Unfortunately we recieve wrong order w/c is roses... i always place an order thru your app. But this time i got very dissapointed. I do not know how it's possible the riders giving wrong order to the customers.. that w/c is they sending the picture before they deliver.. and yet i'am trying to reach out you guys and none of you respond my message and calls. I don't deserve this item w/c we recieved last night and this is not worth it.

United Arab Emirates | 14 February 2025I am very disappointed with FNP’s delivery and service. My boyfriend, who orders from the Philippines, has placed many orders without issues. However, this time was different. He requested a specific delivery time, which FNP should follow, but the order was not delivered on time. Instead, it was left outside my doorstep without any call or notification. I only saw the flowers in the morning while rushing to bring them inside before leaving for work. No one contacted me. Instead of feeling happy and appreciating my boyfriend’s effort, I ended up feeling more frustrated with FNP’s poor service.

United Arab Emirates | 13 February 2025I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery and service provided by FNP. This is the first time, out of many orders with them, that I have experienced such poor service. I placed an order with specific delivery timing instructions, which were promised by FNP. However, my order was not delivered within the expected timeframe, and I am left deeply disappointed. When I contacted customer service to request a refund due to the delay, my request was rejected simply because the order had already been placed. However, it is important to note that the delay was not due to any fault of mine. They failed to meet the agreed-upon delivery timing, and now I am being told that I have no right to a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, FNP is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and is not offering any resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can no longer recommend their service. Their refusal to accept fault and offer a fair solution shows a lack of accountability and customer care. I will be reconsidering my future orders with them and advising others to think twice before using their service.

Very disrespectful attitude towards customers, ordered an apology gift and it was delayed due to incompetent delivery , and to add insult to the injury they sent a delivery complete confirmation 2 hours before delivering which put me in an awkward situation thinking that my gift reached already . All due to the carelessness and shameless attitude of the delivery worker. When contacted the customer service, they made it even worse and only offered a delivery fee refund ,instead of correcting the inconvenience and acting promptly to send another delivery or whatever , and I spent two hours contacting them to no avail. as if peoples occasions were meaningless.and when I returned their order, they blocked my number , and I had to call from another phone number and initiate an order to get to the customer service again....!!? If your occasions mean anything to you , stay away from this shop, as they can carelessly and shamelessly ruin your important occasions.

United Arab Emirates | 31 January 2025I ordered a small cake and 3 pieces of balloons to be delivered.. As in the site its 1 hour delivery i select between 10-11. I received 2 balloons at 10:55 without the cake and 1 baloon is missing then the delivery guy left without letting me know what happened and it got me so frustrated. It ruined the surprise I had planned.. until the time I called on what happened is the time they told me tge cake get damaged and they have to change it.. knowing I paid with the delivery charge. I got my order in partial and completed it at 12:15 where it supposed to arrive between 10-11 as per my order. I got charged full with delivery.

What did they do? NOTHING. I SEE THAT THIS CUSTOMER DISINTEREST IS WIDESPREAD. never like this in the past but they are now too big to care.

The birthday person showed up before they did, and they ended up setting everything up right in front of her, ruining the surprise. The service cost 2000 dirhams.

United Arab Emirates | 30 December 2024We ordered a 10ft christmas tree, almost 2 months in advance and experienced nothing but problems. Firstly we were told on the phone that delivery was expected 1 dec, but once the order was placed this changed to 11th. We could live with that. However what we can't live with is the fact that on the day it was supposed to be delivered they simply called and informed us that the tree we had ordered was out of stock and we could either get no tree and a full refund or a smaller tree with a ridiculous refund down to the original price of the smaller tree (so they lost nothing by treating us like this). How can a preordered tree be out of stock? There should be a tree with our name on it. All in all, not the way you treat loyal customers, we used them last year for christmas tree and throughout the year for flowers, cakes etc..... Well never again.

They totally ruined my wife birthday I make order (flowers and chocolates) to be delivered at my wife work, time slot 5pm to 6pm and I requested not to call her unless is extremely necessary as my wife is pianist and I requested go directly to her at the hotel lobby. But what's happened was that the delivery guy was calling my wife at 5:17am when we was sleeping. The delivery guy was at the lobby hotel at that time for do de delivery. I complined and they in FNP apologies and said they will take action and this will not happen again and they they rescheduled for the original slot (5pm to 6pm) even when the surprise was totally ruined. But what's happened after is to Jo believe. 3pm Other delivery Guy was calling my wife again to deliver the gifts, when my wife explained that she is not at the hotel the guy try to deliver the gift in my house. So I call them again and the same history, apologies, blaming the delivery guy, actions to take, complain to be raised. But the truth is impossible trust they are unable to follow easy instructions even when you pay for it. Very disappointed. UPDATE: 6pm they call me to inform that the order is delayed. I can't take it any more and I canceled the order. Really unacceptable
