Egypt | 15 February 2024Disappointing Valentine's Day Order Experience from an Unreliable Source I recently placed an order on 10 Feb with the expectation of receiving it on Valentine's Day between 15:00 and 23:00. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled, and after reaching out to customer service, I was informed that it would not be fulfilled on the agreed-upon date. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Valentine's Day holds significant sentimental value for many individuals, and the failure to deliver as promised has had a profoundly disappointing impact. The lack of capacity to fulfill the order and the absence of proactive communication to explore alternative solutions is very concerning and unacceptable. It is disheartening that the option to cancel or delay the order was presented as a possible solution at 11:00 pm when i reached them after several hours of trying. This oversight has undeniably affected what should have been a special and meaningful day. It is essential for businesses to recognize the importance of fulfilling promises, especially on significant occasions like Valentine's Day. This experience has led me to question the reliability of this service, and I regret that I cannot consider this company to be trustworthy for future orders for me or any of my family and friends.

They don't answer their phones either. The item still hasn't arrived so it's possible this place is a scam. Definitely avoid at all costs.

They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don’t even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. Can’t be trusted and won’t refund your money, they are in the wrong and even dare to say they will only refund you after 10 days

FNP used to be my to go place for any gifts, now i will never ever deal with FNP.. Time to pull up your socks guys as you have become complacent I did not want to give any star but i was forced to, i wouldnt give any stars

Despite ordering a specific flower, it was substituted with a different one. Unfortunately, the recipient was not pleased with the unexpected replacement. This experience left me disappointed, especially considering it was a gift for a special someone. Consequently, I had to purchase another gift to compensate for the initial letdown.

Unfortunately, only one arrived last week, and since then, I've been reaching out to the teams in India and the UAE for updates. Despite daily follow-ups, they consistently provide false information, assuring that the second gift will be delivered today. With Christmas approaching, it seems unlikely that the gifts will arrive on time. Additionally, one chocolate was stolen from the first box, and the packing was subpar. I spent $300 on these gifts, only to receive what can be described as trash!

Delivery time - I personally called and requested to deliver the product early so i can get enough time to go back to sharjah..but time slot was 2-6pm so they delivered exactly at 5:59pm🙏🙏🙏. Above all my order was incorrect as my driver collected and kept in my car. . I realize that when i reach to my place and was very embarrassed and disappointed with this pathetic customer service and miscommunication I received from FnP. I dont know where to complain as i called delivery man he said he will check and come back to me. I called customer care again they said they can not do anything as u live in sharjah and they will not able to change the product..same customer care excuses..sorry for inconvenience etc😡😡😡😡😡😡 I believe in the importance of constructive feedback and hope that addressing these issues will contribute to the improvement of your services. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

Despite updating my location in their system, my order was delivered to the wrong location. Additionally, I found their WhatsApp customer service to be unhelpful in resolving the issue. I was let down by the lack of support and attention to detail in fulfilling my order correctly. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope Ferns N Petals can address these issues to improve their overall service quality."

United Arab Emirates | 27 November 2023I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS OF OTHERS :( NO CAKE AND I GOT AN EMAIL AND SMS SAYING THE CAKE WAS DELIVERED @23:51 MULTIPLE CALLS TO THEIR NUMBER SAID NO AVAILABLE AGENTS ON CALL. Finally spoke to Nadim who tried his best to save the company, poor employee who was doing his job saying he has asked for update from the delivery team. Finally on WhatsApp at about 2am he says he can send another cake or can provide a gift card (standard operating procedure of losers). I asked him to send it to the CEO, I can afford the price of the cake and don’t need a credit note. This note is to warn others if you don’t want to loose face with family and friends avoid ordering through FNP.
