United Kingdom | 27 November 2024Been trying to resolve my problem with Annke for weeks I bought a new system but found the cameras were not wide enough Annke recommended NCA200's so bought 1 to try, it worked OK so bought 2 more I did not realise the ultra bright LED was on all night so 1 of them had to go because of a complaint by my neighbour, Annke recommended an ADL200 with a white LED which was smart and only came on when movement detected alas it does not work with my DN41R Annke apologised and promised to send me a E200 but then told me they only come in a pack of 2 or 4 and I would have to pay to get a replacement i asked if I buy a new system with 4 E200's and 1 goes faulty I need to buy 2 to replace 1 they did not comment and still refuse to send me a replacement for the wrong one they recommended?

DHL Zentrum) ohne Angabe für Retoure. Dann beginnt eine sinnfreie Odyssee über Email support...annke.dings in Englisch... Nix mit Widerrufsrecht!!! ... Neue Geschäftsidee: Ware liefern, Geld geht direkt nach China... Rückgabe Fehlanzeige. Achtung: Das ist die Zukunft der chinesischen Weltwirtschaft!! Feedback auf 1. Antwort: Ich habe genug online an support getextet, natürlich mit Pseudonym. Also - arbeiten Sie bitte an Ihrem (deutschen !!) Support, bevor hier freundliche Entschuldigung erfolgt!

Australia | 23 November 2024Had a problem reinstalling Annke app. on new phone, lined up Annke support but ended up sorting out myself using hints & suggestions provided by support before I could go live chat with them. If I could not sort I knew from previous experience that they would!

Therefore: I Contacted Annke who were most helpful, they came back to me very quickly & gave me an app to download from play store: “MIPC” The cameras are now up & running Thank you for your fabulous support I have always used Annke products so knew when I was having the issue, they would be able to help. I would highly recommend Annke to anyone

United Kingdom | 20 November 2024The Whiffle doorbell is excellent at a fraction of the price of the competition. If you don't want a subscription that's ok, as there is an micro SD built in. A real technical support team. The only problem is that it is very sensitive indeed. I bought two units to allow for swapping over when charging - still cheaper than most alternatives.

My CCTV system is fairly dated and so I thought I'd get ignored or upsold but they have been so helpful. My CCTV is fully working again. When/if I do upgrade my system I will buy from Annke with confidence and I highly recommend Annke to my friends and everyone reading this. 5 stars!!!
