Lost my video, forgot my password and could not overcome Annke System Security. The Annke customer service and assistance was phenomenal. Due to my lack of computer skills, this took some time. Eliminating my issues, one right after the other, they identified a blown power supply as the culprit ultimately solving my problem. Their patience, expertise, problem resolution was Outstanding.

My experience with Annke was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and easy to follow step by step instructions to resolve your problem, I've had my cameras quite a few years now and I can still contact them free of charge for assistance when needed. Annke are also prompt with replies if contacting by email, usually the next day or two. Except weekends which reply was sent on Monday. Kyle was my assistant and he was also brilliant no matter how many times I emailed he was there to assist promptly. Thank you Kyle your a star. I had several problems but all was sorted, chat not closed until I was happy.

You are not often Wrong but you are Right Again. Customer Service Respondent was exactly right. I put a new battery into my CCTV system and the time and date working perfectly for several weeks now. Thats why I always buy ANNKE. Thank you!

Annke provide great quality and reliable products, but more importantly the aftercare service is equally matched. Having experienced a loss of one my cameras on a 4 cam monitor system, a quick email and a reaponse back same day, I received instructions/suggestions to try, and one of them was spot on and got back online in no time.

Revisione delle mia recensione: Ho acquistato una cam POE modello VC500. C'è stato qualche problema con il tool SADP per l'attivazione della CAM, che non funziona tanto bene su macOS. Mentre su Windows OS ha riconosciuto correttamente la CAM permettendo la sua attivazione. L'assistenza risponde con molto ritardo, però sembra funzionare. Ci tengo a precisare al supporto Annke, che il ticket di assistenza è stato aperto il giovedì non il fine settimana. Alla fine ho risolto il problema autonomamente senza alcun supporto. Per il momento do una valutazione buona del prodotto e discreta dell'assistenza. NB Mi riservo di modificare la recensione dopo un lungo utilizzo della CAM.

My ANNKE surveilance-system was absolutely affordable and really works great since about 3 years until it stopped a few days ago. I asked the ANNKE customer service for help and their reaction was really fast and competent. They told me, that the failure was probably due a defect power supply unit and they were right. Bought a new one for a few Euros and the problem was solved. Thanks a lot.

Just a request if my camera could be replaced with a pan and tilt .Assured it could and also would get a discount. Sales would be in touch .Guess what no contact. Always asking for positive feedback . Disappointed.

Had a small technical issue with part of my CCTV installation. Sent a message to Annke customer services, not really expecting too much help from so far away! How wrong I was. Got immediate, helpful and accurate instructions and was able to fully resolve the issue. Feedback and level of engagement was outstanding. Thanks for your support.

5mp 20x optical zoom cameras stopped working with their own annke app after 9 months and was forced to use Tuya app. Then I found the £90 cameras are rebranded £60 cameras from aliexpress. Now at month 15, three of five cameras have IR illumination failed so black screen at night over 7x zoom. Possibly the worst experience of customer service (refusal to do anything meaningful at every stage except the standard placatory responses you would stereotypically receive from Chinese eBay sellers). I expected more from Annke but I’ll never buy from them again. Reolink all the way for me.
