I placed 3 different orders and I want to return one of them, but no one answers. A company that claims to be such a high-quality and large company does not have an easy return option. disappointing for me

United Kingdom | 30 November 2023Pretty good customer experience. I had an issue with a NVR and camera that got water in it. The CS Team sent me a new one of each and walked me through the steps required to pair my old cameras with the new NVR (they were password proteced differently and neded an update file installed on each of the cameras, not straight forward). Overall it did take a month of faffing about, the CS team took some time between messages which dragged it out and I had to repeat many things as I presume I got a different agent each time I interacted, even though they were all called either Libby in CS or Alex in tech. In the end I got the replacements I needed and the support to set it up, it's not apple or amazon level service but it works.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2023The camera I purchased was advertised as being compatible with Alexa, it isn’t. Instead of stating this, you are able to add the feature on Alexa. Then it asks you to log in to your Annke account to link it. This doesn’t work. Instead of telling you it isn’t supported, they gaslight you into thinking it’s a problem on your part by saying either “invalid username” or “incorrect password”. The live view option in any browser is no longer supported and they don’t intend on updating it to resolve this issue. Their live chat/help isn’t monitored by any staff, so you are sat waiting in a queue for no reason until it ultimately times out and disconnects. Their phone helpline only rings a few times before it hangs up on you. I had to ring several times over a couple of days before anybody answered. I was then advised to try the live chat. I told them I had tried that already but was assured if I followed the link they were going to send me, that somebody would pick up the live chat. They didn’t. I eventually got though to somebody by email, they suggested that I upgrade to a more expensive model and that I would also be responsible for the return postage. Avoid this company, save yourself the hassle.
