Call Customer Service Before Purchasing It A With Few Questions. They Were Helpful In Everyway and Friendly Manual Needs Working On. May Save You From Many Phone Calls. Which It's Nice To Talk To Support When Needed.

Je ne recommande pas ce site très déçue aux vues des avis positifs. Il s avère que mon colis a été perdu par le livreur de ce fait un autre colis m a été retourné et reçu ce jour donc vendeur très vigilant que je recommande ce jour le 21 novembre 2023

Australia | 10 November 2023I was not aware that DVR`s and Cameras had evolved so much that they Now carry Video AND Audio in the same cable. AFTER Realising/Figuring that out and READING the Instructions "Sorry, Us Guys just Take It Out of The Box and figure We Don`t Need To Know Because We HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE->It`s a Guy Thing" the rest of the setup was Very Simple, i set mine up in the bedroom near the DVR so i could work my way through it step by step, Then do "The RatRun" in the Ceiling for Cabling, which only took 20mins. My previous DVR`s required a Seperate Audio Input via an RCA socket as you see on the rear of most DVR`s, so i was Looking for an Extra Cable on the Camera which is No Longer needed. Also, i am Very Pleased with the Camera and Microphone/Audio, it was very nice to listen to the Birds chirping this morning without even opening the door.. Best Regards Craig.

Recently took advantage of a discount offer on bullet cams but unfortunately, the model I had selected was out of stock. Email from Annke advising this and offering refund which was processed quickly.
