Despite a big drawback with getting a live customer service in the US to solve the issue, I was fortunate to get good service by email from Jane of technical support group during 2 weeks we were working on the setup issues. 2. The image quality of 5MP wireless is very good. The connection range is also good.

When I was completely stuck he offered to use a teamviewer session to help me and unlocked power in the cameras I never knew existed in the many years I've had them. He was very friendly and understanding. Will always buy Annke based on this fantastic support.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2023I Have had Annke cameras for a few years and never had any problems. The first issue I had was when I upgraded my phone and the app wanted the verification code. I contacted Annke customer support and they sent me a link to retrieve the code. It was all sorted within a couple of hours. Fast service and a good outcome. I am more than happy with my cameras and Annke customer support. Thank you.

I tried free phone number from the uk and with my problem the put me back in touch with the US via mail. I eventually got to the bottom of the problem and they are replacing the DVR

Australia | 01 October 2023Very complicated set up system I just fill like throwing it in the bin.Bought Annke four camera system chip on eBay and try to set it up on my mobile folow the gaidence and got stuck on eding the DVR.I try to download Anke vision on my PC go nowere.Very desapointed I my have to call computer gig to install it.

United Kingdom | 26 September 2023I actually spoke to someone, which is unusual in this day and age, and my issues were addressed their and then regarding linking my phone to the Annke camera's, i'd changed internet provider, and what is a simple switch was'nt for me, in truth I'm not confident with computers. customer service have patience, and solved my issue. 10 out of 10 for customer service

Amy from ANNKE was very good with all the help I received. I found this company had a clinical after sales customer policy. I would by ANNKE products again without hesitation.

J'ai contacteté le service clients qui m'a demandé de régler de nouveaux frais de port pour recevoir un produit conforme, puis plus tard, donc je régle les 15€ de frais de port. puis on me recontacte pour me dire que le produit ne me sera pas envoyé avant qu'il recoive l'appareil défectueux à mes frais à nouveau > cout supplémentaire 20€. une arnaque, c'est incompréhensible

But after he took over it was sorted and I'm back up and running. Thinking now I should have bought all my stuff from you to begin with.
