Alle Antworten auf englisch ( kann nicht jeder ) Kein Ansprechpartner in Deutschland Es gibt KEINE KLAREN Angaben über die Rücksendeadresse, Rücksendelabel, keine Aussage über die Erstattung. Die angebliche Kundenzufriedenheit, die der Firma am Herzen liegt ist ein Fakeversprechen. Die Aussage von PayPal ist schockierend, von diesen Firmen Geld wie versprochen zurück zu bekommen ist so gut wie ausgeschlossen. Ich rate von einem Kauf dringend ab

United States | 15 September 2023Well when my cameras didn't work they tried all of the troubleshooting possible, then sent 4 new cameras to help, and then the one email suggested I delete the entire system and start over, and that did the trick. So I'm very satisfied.

ANNKE Support went out of their way to facilitate, examine and conclude my query with a courteousness I rarely come across. My lack of Tech knowledge was unimportant and not necessary as my agent explained in a language even I understood, where the problem was, how to solve the matter and then put me at ease while the issue was dealt with in the background. A hassle free interactive experience with a seldom seen professionalism.

Had to keep all devices connected, which I didn’t know, after 3 times of codes being sent we got them all working. Only complaint would be I was having to talk to service in China, big difference in time zones...

United Kingdom | 10 September 2023Monday 28 August - Ordered DVR from Annke UK Thursday 31 August - Due to be delivered by EVRi -but not delivered due to missing Flat Number Thursday 31 August - Updated Details of address on EVRi website Then no further updates from EVRi No more delivery attempts On Monday I alerted ANNKE on the failed delivery, was told that delivery can be between 3 business days and 7 business days. On Tuesday messaged Annke again as EVRi no longer respond to emails Wednesday - email from ANNKE that they are finding out from courier about my delivery Thursday - told that feedback from the courier company about the DVR can take 3 working days Friday - Still no news I could have bought the same system from Amazon and I would have got it the next day. Buying direct from Annke saved me £10, but I wish I didnt. They gave EVRi 3 days to respond to their enquiry on missing packages. Its been more than a week, Annke are supposedly still waiting for answers. Each time I ask, a standard fobbing off letter was sent to me via email. Until they know where my parcel is, they will hold on to my money, depriving me of things I need to buy and pay for. What excuse do they have in 2023 to have taken more than week for a simple response about the where abouts of my DVR. If my post goes missing with RoyalMail they are able to track it when on the phone. I believe Annke knew my package was missing on Monday, but kept the pretence that they are still waiting for an answer ; to delay giving me my money back? I bet they are stringing me as long as they could. They don't care nor appear to know about anything. I dont recommend ANNKE, dont buy from them.

United States | 06 September 2023Had questions regarding NVRs, camera setups with them, notifications and how they are passed along with thumbnails, desktop app access, ect. They answered all questions in a timely fashion. As a past customer I tried another system with my most recent NRV system upgrade. I sent it back and dropped the money on a Night Chroma system here. Def worth it.
