J'ai acheté une camera sur le site internet d'Annke. La camera fonctionnait mal j'ai donc contacté le service client. Comme dit dans un autre commentaire on demande le login mdp, sinon rien n'est fait. Une fois le login mdp donné des tests basiques sont faits et la conclusion du service client est "le probleme s'est votre telephone". J'ai une camera qui ne fonctionne pas et Annke refuse de reprendre la camera ou de corriger le pb.

J'ai un bug sur le produit que j'ai acheté. Je contact le service client et la on me demande mon login mdp pour accéder à mon compte... (ca semble être une pratique très courante de demandé le login mdp chez cette entreprise) Avec beaucoup de réticence je leur donne mon login mdp. Ils font des tests basique et en finisse par me dire que le problème vient de chez moi (je n'ai rien bidouillé chez moi et les tests qu'ils ont fait ne permette pas de dire que le problème vient de chez moi). Le service client est la pour répondre, mais attention ca sera pour se ficher de vous Moi j'ai une caméra qui ne marche pas et qui ne marchera nulle part ailleurs en France et on me dit que c'est de ma faute. Dans mon cas la camera que j'ai acheté était sensée fonctionner sous Android mais ce n'est pas le cas. Et bien sûr le service client ne souhaite pas reprendre son bébé.

I have owned an ANNKE CCTV system for the past 15 years, I recently contacted ANNKE support seeking advice on up grading my system. I found the support team extremely helpful, they were able to recommend which system suited my needs. It arrived a couple of days later. The support team were then able to help me with setting up the new system and were able to answer my questions when issues arose. I'm very happy with my system and with the help Annke provided.

Timely response from support team. With time difference, advance information was vital so there is no back and forth correspondence. The support team member anticipated this and gave options to resolve the issue.

Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht vorhanden! Erst konnten Bestellnummern (direkt aus dem ANNKE Store!!!) nicht zugeordnet werden. Dann wurden immer wieder Fragen gestellt, die schon beantwortet hatte, dann gab es noch ein Teamviewer Meeting, ohne Lösung für mein Problem. Da war es dann zu Ende mit dem Kundenservice. Es sollte ein Kollege übernehmen, der sich innerhalb von 24 Std. melden sollte. Ich warte nach 2 Wochen immer noch darauf. Alle Emails an den Support bleiben unbeantwortet, der Livechat beendet den Chat mit dem Hinweis man sollte doch bitte eine Email schreiben. NULL Reaktion seit dem. Das ist kein Kundenservice, dass ist BETRUG. Und das innerhalb der Garantiezeit! NACHTRAG 24.07.2023 "Auf die Antwort von ANNKE auf meine Bewertung" -> Ein Kontakt per Email ergibt keinen Sinn. Es gibt keine Antwort vom Support! Dies habe ich, wie bereits geschrieben, schon getan. -> 6 Emails an den Support + 3x Livechat Jeweils OHNE Reaktion, es wird einfach nicht geantwortet.

Hey there! I just had to share how thrilled I am with my recent Annke purchase. Seriously, this brand is the real deal! I got one of their security cameras, and boy, it's been rock-solid, keeping my home safe and sound. Support Superstars: I had a couple of questions when setting up my system, and guess what? Annke's customer support team is top-notch! They responded quickly and were super helpful, making sure I got everything up and running smoothly. Easy Breezy: I'm no tech expert, but with Annke, that's totally fine! Setting up and using their products was a breeze. The instructions were crystal clear, and the whole interface was so user-friendly. I felt like a tech whiz (kinda). All in all, Annke is the brand to go with if you want no-nonsense, reliable, and user-friendly security products. Trust me, they won't disappoint! Scammers. We placed a large order and they lost the entire package and won't refund us. We lost over 7000USD. Their forwarder kept saying it was stuck in poland, and they are waiting for second inspection. But no tracking number or details at all.

The Support took the time to answere my questions even it was complicated and I asked a lot of new questions, because the question came up later. The Camera Sysem was not cheep and is not allways self explaining. But the support was verry kind and patient with me.
