A distanza di qualche mese dall' acquisto di alcuni prodotti per la videosorveglianza Annke ho deciso di fare una recensione affinché chi deciderà di leggerla avrà un quadro chiaro della qualità dei prodotti e del metodo di assistenza da parte di Annke . Premetto dicendo che mi sono servito del canale di vendita Annke Italia, ciò nonostante, gli assistenti sono tutti stranieri e nonostante si riesca ad avere un dialogo, non posso dire lo stesso per quanto riguarda la risoluzione dei problemi, andati sempre a favore dell' azienda e non all' acquirente visto che mi hanno sempre fatto pagare le spese di spedizione per il reso nonostante i problemi fossero dovuti a difetti( videocamera NC 500 night chroma) piuttosto che a grosse mancanze tecniche (videocamera FCT 600 e C 800) dei vari prodotti acquistati. Il primo acquisto effettuato è stato il kit H800 con un registratore,2 videocamere mod. C800 e una NC 500. Da subito la NC 500 ha mostrato un problema all' audio con un suono metallico e quindi fortemente distorto, quindi inutilizzabile,problema non riscontrato sulle altre 2 camere C800, e un grosso problema di immagine notturna dove il sistema night chroma restituiva un'immagine con effetto scia delle figure umane in movimento oltre a dei colori davvero improponibili che non consentivano il riconoscimento umano a meno di 10 m. Dopo vari tentativi e verifiche tecniche con l'installatore si è deciso di restituire il prodotto,con l'avviso da parte dell' assistenza che se il prodotto fosse risultato efficiente avrei dovuto pagare io stesso le spese di spedizione. Riguardo la videocamera FCD 600 anche su questa il funzionamento è risultato pessimo, immagini notturne che non consentono il riconoscimento delle figure umane tanto le immagini restituite sono di pessima qualità, inoltre il sistema di rilevamento movimento figure umane non funziona come promesso, soprattutto la notte dove si riesce ad avvicinarsi alle telecamere fino a una distanza di 3 metri senza essere rilevati, davvero una grossa mancanza. Pure questa, dopo vari tentativi di regolazione col tecnico si è deciso di rispedirla al mittente e pure per questa la risposta è stata la stessa: prodotto perfettamente funzionante col risultato che anche per questo ho dovuto pagare le spese di spedizione che ammontano a 30 euro (dall' Italia). Riguardo gli altri prodotti, il registratore funziona abbastanza bene, non ha dato problemi, riguardo le videocamere C800 che attualmente sono in funzione hanno un funzionamento regolare con facilità di installazione, buona qualità dei materiali ma purtroppo con grossi limiti di qualità delle immagini, infatti non si riesce a riconoscere le persone (distanza 10m) e soprattutto il rilevamento di movimento non distingue le figure umane dalle auto piuttosto che da un cane o un gatto o un semplice movimento di un ramo mosso dal vento, col risultato di infinite notifiche push sul cellulare, che durante la notte mi costringe a disattivarle. Dispiace sentire la riluttanza da parte di Annke a credere alle problematiche esposte e a non riconoscere i limiti/problemi dei propri articoli visto che si è fatto di tutto con il tecnico per cercare un funzionamento ottimale. Gli operatori sono molto disponibili ed empatici ma a poco serve se poi i problemi riscontrati non vengono creduti e presi in considerazione in maniera adeguata. Concludendo, visto l'esperienza vissuta mi sento di non consigliare l'acquisto dei prodotti Annke.

As with all technology, there is inevitably the occasional problem that needs to be resolved. All it took was a call to the help line (a wonderful young lady in Bolivia took all the details of my issue). I was informed that tech support would email me with a solution in a couple of days. The next morning there was an email waiting with the steps I needed to take to rectify my problem. A day after, I received a follow up email to check that all was OK with the ’fix’. Annke not only produce high quality systems but take great care in that I, as a customer, am treated with care and attention. Many other businesses should take a note out of Annke’s book…

I've been using ANNKE systems for over two years now and it has been a very cost effective way of having CCTV at home. The app is great and has improved over the years. The customer support has actually been really good which has led me here.

The service team are dedicated to providing help and knowledge for any problem that may occur with their equipment. They also make sure that the problem is fixed before they close the service ticket. They seem to go that extra mile.

After at least six or seven communications with them I have given up trying to get my DVR fixed. I gave them two sets of videos showing the same the same location taken at the same time with two different cameras, one on the DVR port 1 and the other on port 2. One video showed a person standing on my patio while the other one, taken at the same time, showed nothing but an empty patio. I then switched the two cameras and re-shot the videos. Once again the videos gave the same result. Port 1 on the DVR was blank while the one on port 2 showed activity.

Very responsive and knowledgeable tech support, but that also means lengthy interactions with lots of troubleshooting steps. I appreciate their genuine interest in helping the end-user out. The products are very good optically and electronically, but the nature of complex systems is that there are many failure points starting with power, cables, communication protocols, camera vs NVR features and capabilities, and many special installation situations.

Vorsicht vor Annke Produkten! Annke Kameras in Deutschland gekauft und aus Zeitmangel erst 14 Monate später ausgepackt und installiert. Kameras sind defekt, was vom Annke Kundendienst bestätigt wird. Request 2452481. Gewährleistung nach den europäischen Verbraucherschutzgesetzen wird von Annke wissentlich ignoriert.. Annke schrieb die Garantiepolitik auf Annke Produkte ist 6 Monate. Zitat: “ for orders over 6 months, we can offer a discount to you to buy a new camera.” Das ist illegal! Achtung, auf der Webseite von Annke gibt es kein Impressum. Zahlreiche andere gesetzliche Vorschriften in Europa werden nicht eingehalten. Höchst illegal. Ich werde die Verbraucherzentrale, insbesondere die europäische Verbraucherzentrale EVZ und die Wettbewerbszentrale informieren damit sich die Anwälte mit dieser m.E. kriminellen Vorgehensweise beschäftigen und selbstverständlich noch andere Verbraucher auf entsprechenden Plattformen informieren. Achtung bei Annke Produkten!
