J'ai commandé un kit de surveillance avec un NVR ANP 800, avec un disque dur de 2 to que je n'ai pas reçu.... Impossible de joindre un service après-vente en français on me renvoie systématiquement sur un lien FAQ ou bien un bot.... Dernières nouvelles maintenant que j'ai reçu le disque dur, une caméra sur les 5 est défectueuse, et je me bats par mail il me demande sans arrêt de faire des manips alors que les autres caméras fonctionnent très bien tout ça pour ne pas échanger contre une neuve... Au final c'est une marque que je ne vais pas conseiller... Échange de mail constant pour faire des manipulations alors que j'ai envoyé des photos avec la caméra branchée défectueuse et il rechigne à faire l'échange... Quelle perte de temps....

Dopo varie mail in cui si sollecita un loro aiuto spariscono completamente e non danno più cenno di vita. Ricontatati e sollecitati varie volte non rispondono più. ESPERIENZA ASSOLUTAMENTE DELUDENTE. DIFFIDATE DI QUESTA AZIENDA!!!!!

Having just bought my second system I have to say am very happy with the systems. I have learned from past camera systems however that if you can cover the cameras till the wall covering the camera and mounting rain will not effect the camera in any way. Be it with tin or a plastic cover so long as it covers the top and both sides these cams seem to run forever. Without it you do run the risk of them filling with water. Have had a system do that and caught it before it fried the board dried it out and it still works so not bad even for being abused. But a cover over the camera means you'll have very little problems with the system at all.

Had a problem, of my own making. A quick phone call and the agent sorted it. Job done, no drama. I also got an email offering further help if needed. Great service. I have lots of tech and have run CCTV systems for years. I used to instal them. A good after sales is a must. ANNKE service is the best by far.

The I91DX is a very capable camera at a much better price point than the big brand name. I was able to connect it easily to my DT81DX DVR. I used Firefox to access the camera menu for even more detailed settings. I like that I can set the white fill LEDs to stay on since I prefer constant recording. This camera has great low light image and it has to be really dark before the lights come on. I have not tried using the on-board micro SD recording option. The only thing that concerns me about this camera is its plastic housing, I hope it will dissipate heat as well as a metal housing.

NO problems installing. Perfect products. Ventilator dvr noisy. Vibriations all over.

Quickly and efficiently

I own the NVR with 8 cameras and I replaced 4 of the cameras with their new white light technology! Works fantastic. My problem is I bought a new wireless camera that it can also charge via Solar power. They showed it with the solar panel but they don't sell them so had to buy the solar panel on Amazon. Well 5 months later and 10 or more emails that get replied to 24 -48 hours later they ask me to send a video of what was going on. They could not figure out why the camera comes on and goes right off. I filed a charge dispute today because they are proud of their 30 day warranty. So if you spend a few hundred dollars they will respond with a copy of the warranty on the trash products. I purchased 4 pan/tilt cameras with the solar panels that come with them at $34.00 each. Works fantastic so far. Your response is to late. No real need for you to send out any replacement. You have showed your true colors. Once my NVR goes dead I will support a new company! As the wired cameras die they will also be replaced by another company. Further more you updated my phone app and now it sucks. Not sure why you did that but I hate the way it works! Also I wrote VicoHome about no app to run on the computer and they say they are working on one as usual! So I will let the company know about the new cameras also that use the app. No computer app to run to view cameras then no sale!
