One star as couldn’t put 0. Emails and messages constantly ignored. Order was very late, no reply. Messaged again, asked for refund, they said would be dispatched in another 2 weeks. Kept messaging - ignored. Item finally arrived but was the wrong item. Messaged 5 times since & still no reply. Terrible service.

I've ordered from AYP a couple of times in the past, good prices and no problems. However in the last 6 months things have gone down hill. Don't dispatch your order for weeks with no comment, and when you chase them up they said the first time they had a "new system" causing issues and second time just said there was a backlog. Both times I chased they said they would be posting my order the next day but never did. Both times I've eventually had to ask to cancel the order and get a refund. This time it's been a week since I asked and they still haven't acknowledged me so I've had to bring it up as a dispute through my bank. Ultimately I would recommend avoiding this company. At the very least they should communicate about the delays with customers without having to be chased up.

Would give no stars if I can, ordered on the 3/8 and keep getting a message to say it’s been delayed due to so many orders it seems there is always a back log looking at these reviews. The company goes onto chat and then says not available. They do not reply to emails or seem to care where your order is.

I placed an order with them last March but never received the products. I requested a refund, but after countless email exchanges, they keep coming up with new excuses for why they can't return the money for different reasons.

The package aireved by airmail from uk to netherland in a short time i get what i ordered without problem, paid with pay pal fast checkout.

you took over 2months to deliver my goods, totally unacceptable and would not advice anybody to use this company, their customer service is non existent.

Ordered 26th July not delivered till 15th August ordered and paid for 30 capsules only 20 received. Have emailed but no response yet.

Order not received, excuses given and request for refund ignored. Luckily I had paid with PayPal who refunded me instantly.

Please avoid this company! ! They don't send the order and it's always problem and stupid excuses because still didn't get a refund from 5months and still waiting !!! Should be no stars, ordered a product, cancelled and very difficult to get a full refund. Don't respond to email or phone calls. Reported to PayPal
