Placed an order in February, still not received and when I check it says the order is processing, after several contacts with them over a couple of months I finally asked for a refund which I still have not received and have had to get the credit card company involved to hopefully get the refund. Will never use again and certainly won’t recommend.

for those that have not received the goods or a refund despite numerous attempts and get completely ignored by AYP a chargeback is the only way you may also wish to report to trading standards

Ordered my stuff 9th April and get no correspondence until I ask and just keep getting told that they have received a large amount of orders and they are trying to work through them and my order should be with me by the end of next week. Still not received my order months later and asked for a refund a month ago but still have not received it. This company is shocking and I believe they must be going into administration, or they would have given me a refund of my money back by now. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order beginning of May. Money left my account on the 10th May. After sending 3 emails I had a reply telling me they would contact me when order was shipped. I have received an email this morning saying order has been shipped. It's only £6 but that's not the point. 6 weeks for one small tube of cream is ridiculous. Will never order from them again. Absolutely shocking service

Supposed to deliver in 2 days. 6 weeks later having cancelled the order and their refusal to reply to any emails or answer the phone thy delivered the order. No doubt if I return it at my expense I will never see a refund. Awful company.

I’ve had the same issue as many here, ordered in March and items not delivered due to ‘faulty delivery system’ now I’ve asked for a refund they’re saying they’ve changed their payment system and can’t refund unless I send my bank account details or PayPal account details which I’m definitely not going to do. I highly suspect I’ve been scammed so AVOID this company.

This is a scam business. Order made for an in stock item for delivery on 3-4 days. 6-8 weeks later nothing received. No phone number to contact. Emails replied to apologising, promising delivering, even offering a refund. When i asked for a refund - silence ! Avoid !

I ordered my items on the 29th March, ive emailed 6 times now, called twice & had no contact from them whatsoever, no refund has been processed. Genuinely looks like a legit company but they are absolutely not! Update as of the 26th June still no refund even though I had been promised a refund and it was "expected to be before the end of the month" not holding out much hope here! Further update 01.08.24 Still no reply to any emails I've sent. I can see they're quick to respond on trust pilot asking us to send them an email but really there's no point, they don't answer them!

Avoid!!! It's been almost 2 months and still not received my order. That won't answer my messages anymore. I have asked for a refund but have had no response from them.

Terrible company. I ordered Migraleve from this company way back in March this year. Never received them. Queried delivery they replied it was delayed. I had to order from another supplier andrequested a refund, this was in march!April. Today!!June 10th!! I received an email saying to send refund they needed my bank account details to send refund. I paid by credit card. Advised them that I don't give my bank account details to anyone. Do not trust this company.

Having ordered twice before from thus company I had no reason to suspect that they would take my money without sending me goods. Two automated responses apologised for the delay blaming a backlog. After a month after being offered a refund I asked for one but have had no automated response since then. Basically ghosted after taking my money. Goods arrived today, 01/07/24, 2 and a half months late. Better late than never but won't use them again.

Another dissatisfied customer. Order not fulfilled after 3 months despite various excuses and promises that it will be with me by the end of the week. Credit card company now having to recover my payment. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. It would have saved me a lot of hassle.

Placed an order on the 4th May and it said 2 - 4 days for delivery. It's the 10th June and I still haven't recieved my order. Every time I email them I get a response about a backlog and told to wait another 4 days and it still does not arrive. I'm now raising a dispute with my bank. Looking at the goole reviews for this company there are a LOT of people in the same boat - either waiting for the order and not getting it, or waiting for a refund and not getting it. I used to use this company in the past and they were great, but will never use them again.

I don’t understand how they are legally allowed to run a scam business. They’ll take your money for the order, then not ship anything and ghost you when you ask for updates or a refund.

Then had a generic message saying they expected to dispatch a tube of steroid cream for me in 2 weeks time, it was clearly a generic email.
