Delivery took far longer than expected.

My order took 3 1/2 months to arrive. It was not out of stock when I placed order. Numerous reasons given for delay and broken promises of imminent delivery.

4 month to deliver product

It took nearly two weeks to get here which was twice as long as they said on their website, I was not happy.

Waited about 6 weeks for sonething.that was advertised as taking 2/3 days.

I gave a bad review 2 years ago and have completely forgotten how bad AYP was. This time I will remember not to shop with them ever again. I placed my order on 12/04/2024. Goods arrived on 19/04. I noticed one of the product had expired in 02/2024. I reached out to AYP customer service. Then I received an email saying a ticket was raised. I followed up with them 4 times and still no one responded. I gave up and filed a dispute with my bank. If you plan to shop with them, make sure you check the expiry dates, cos clearly they are poorly with product/quality control as well as customer service.

NO COMMUNICATION RE DELIVERY. THE ORDER TOOK ABOUT THREE WEEKS TO ARRIVE.

The product was competitively priced and free delivery for the quantity I ordered. When I had a query about delivery I received a very quick response.

Placed an order online. Weeks went by. Chased the order, was told there was some kind of system malfunction but they were sorting it. More weeks went by. Chased again, told the malfunction was now fixed and the order would be processed within a week. More weeks went by, asked for a refund. No response. It's now been 3 months since I paid for my order and I haven't received the order or a refund.

I had to wait at least a month for my order. I went to a high street chemist and my order came the next day.

This is my first time buying and you guys are very unprofessional it too a month for you to deliver
