Can't fault the price of the items but it took so long to come! I thought I'd been scammed! At one point I contacted them via their online form and got no response so thought I'd lost my money, especially after seeing the other reviews on here. However the items did eventually arrive. I think they have a serious supply issue. For that reason I'd think twice before ordering again.

Waited absolutely weeks for my order to arrive and when I sent two emails, it was a long time before they responded. I was beginning to get worried I would lose my money. Thankfully, eventually my parcel was delivered.

Order took 4weeks to come with no communication until I complained about will never you use this site again

It was easy to get to the staff were really helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long.

My order was meant to come within a couple days as I had a blood test. It arrived over a month late even though I payed for the fastest shipping.

Delivery took over a month. No communication from customer services. Although all my items came it eventually it took too long and caused too much hassle

After one week ordering I still haven't received what I ordered. I had to remind them that they taking the money of me for the order and then I think they forgot about it. After a my complaint I finally received my order

Delivery took 5 weeks to arrive with no notifications. Never got any response when contacting. Shambolic service. I will think twice before ordering from here, especially when you can’t get through with them on telephone and they never respond on email.

Order took 3 weeks to arrive when should have been 2-5 days. customer service terrible, will never use again.

DREADFUL ! Avoid at all costs , 4 weeks since order placed , patronising email about being a valued customer but that they have processing issues . My request for a refund has been ignored. Am going to escalate further , I think Watchdog will be interested to hear about this company .

Ordered product end of January 2024. By March still not delivered (in spite of assurances of 2-4 days from then). By end of March they were no longer responding to my requests for i) updates then ii) cancellation and refund. I asked 3 times to cancel and refund - without response. In the end (mid-April) I had to use Chargeback through my bank to get my money back. I won't be going near AYP Healthcare again.

If you're in a hurry for your meds, DON'T use this company! I ordered on 14th March, and the stuff finally arrived on 29th April! Unfortunately, I ordered before looking at reviews. I hoped I might be one of the few lucky ones whose meds came in good time. WRONG! It took 6½ weeks!

Ordered 4th March still no delivery!!! Initially they replied saying problem with new computer set up but have had no response to my last 3 messages!! Not happy. Taken my money but no medication to show for it! Awful service.

it took forever to deliver, i m also waiting for another order it has been almost a month it still hasnt been delivered. i cant complain about the items thats been delivered so far but the experience is quite annoying.

I placed my order on 18th March. I was told numerous excuses including that a new robot wasn’t working correctly. Three times I was told the order was on its way. I finally asked for my money back and received the order 4 days later. 6 weeks in all for one packet of flarin that was supposedly in stock. Unbelievable that a company selling medication can get away with this sort of nonsense.

Ordered something from them. The website said 4-5 working days. It took 3 months and they only contacted me if I contacted them first. When the item finally arrived, it only had 2 months to it's use by date?

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered 16/4/24 and still waiting over 2 weeks later. Eventually responded to my enquiry saying they have big delays. I asked to cancel and heard nothing back. Shocking service. DO NOT USE!!!

You could start by actually proving the product I ordered and then reply to my emails asking for a refund for a product I am pretty sure I will never receive. You have basically taken my money and given nothing. I have since had to buy the product elsewhere. I would like a refund as you have failed to supply the product.
