My initial order took 8 weeks to come and I had to email them multiple times to enquire where my order was, only then did they inform me that they were facing a backlog of orders. Eventually my order arrived so when in need of more medication, I used AYP again. It has now been over 9 weeks and I keep being told my order “will be shipped by the middle of next week” but I am yet to receive anything. Avoid at all costs and do not spend your hard earned money with a company clearly run by a bunch of amateurs.

This company is a joke. Order made 20 March with 2-5 day delivery. Still not received. Contacted 4 times with one muted reply stating the order will be processed. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered 23rd February. Chased three times, last update 18 March. Fully expect not to receive item and lose money. Do not use. Update - after a lot of chasing I finally received a refund in August.

I ordered what was required in January and it was approved on Jan 9. But this did not end up arriving until mid to late April. Although I chased it a few times, this appeared to do nothing even though I kept being promised it would be received within a week, but it never was. Simply poor service and I won’t be using AYP again.

It’s been a month. It’s still processing. I’ve sent 2 messages and no response. I’ve asked for a refund. I see this isn’t just me. Don’t order from them!

Took too long for the product to arrive- 2 months - ordered from another company and arrived in two days / will not be using you again I’m afraid

I placed an order of £50.98 on 12/01/34 Apparently the system was down. My wife ordered at the same time, again the order was not fulfilled, however in the last two weeks my wifes order was refunded. AYP never stoped advertising the product and was still available online to puchase, yet my order was not completed. I have sent evidence of the payment, more than once. They are not responding to my email.

Placed an order which took two weeks to arrive instead of expected maximum five days. There was no update from the company until I sent an email after seven days to query what was happening. Also there was no compensation for the delay.

I got my order in almost one month. There was no update on the order from their side. When I emailed, I was told that it will be dispatched after 2 weeks.

Not a bad price but the delivery was terrible it took 2 weeks I’d recovered by then !

I've been waiting since February for my order to be sent. At first they were great at communicating with me when I chased them up, but now they're ignoring all my attempts at contact. They said I could request a refund, when I said I'd like to do that, that's when they stopped responding to my emails. Seriously disappointed.

I ordered some painkillers. But they took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Took a long time so I contacted YAP , apparently they had some problems, however they had made no effort to keep me updated until I complained. Once I had made contact my medication arrived very promptly

Excellent service, speedy delivery, great communication and very informative

Waited several weeks for item to arrive, emailed and received no response, emailed again and finally received a message which did not address any of my queries! So, requested they cancel my order and provide a refund, couple of days later they messaged to say item was finally being posted. They clearly ignore any communication customers attempt to have with them and are shamefully slow at processing orders. I won't be giving them another opportunity to disappoint me.
