This is the first time of using AYP and I can say I would recommend. They were apparently changing over system which meant that they had a 2week delay on dispatch, but we weren’t notified of that until we chased what should’ve been less than a week to receiving took several weeks to receive. Medication were tiny for the price paid overall disappointing

Delivery was suppose to be 2/3 days ended up being 3 weeks. Tried e-mailing several times but no replies, don't use this company if you want a decent service

The order took over a month to arrive and all I got was an email blaming a new 'robotic system'. Totally unacceptable and I won't be ordering again.

Orderplaced 4th April 2-5 days delivery. Order not received yet (2/5). Payment has been processed. Have sent several e-mails with only 1 lame excuse and a promise that did not materialise. This company should be avoided...

Have ordered before with no problem but I’ve been waiting weeks for my latest order. I’ve sent emails, but they just reply saying they have “opened a ticket”. I have asked for a refund twice, but I’m still waiting. Won’t be using them again.

Very helpful when a problem arose

My solphadines I sent for took 2wks to arrive, communication with ph doesn't exist. Emails not good either. When product did arrive both boxes were squashed and all tablets squashed. Royal mail not good either. Would not use this company again.

Don’t use AYP Healthcare online. I ordered nearly £30.00 worth of eyedrops in mid-March and after several complaints, only one of which was responded to with an excuse about IT issues, I still haven’t received the refund I requested. Scam or incompetence. Avoid. See google reviews where this has happened to many others.

It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and still haven't received my order. This seems to be a trend amongst the customers on here. Will not be using this company in the future.

2 months for delivery, emails ignored a very poor company with even worse customer service
