United Kingdom | 10 May 2024It is the second time they cannot deliver. The last order was placed 8 April. Until now not delivered nor an explanation. I sent emails, no reply. I called the phone number from their website, they do not pick up the phone. After well over 4 weeks my money was gone and still no delivery or any news from AYP. Absolutely shambles.

United Kingdom | 09 May 2024Placed an order on 24th Dec, still outstanding. Whenever I contacted them, they will give out fake promises i.e. item would be received within 2 weeks / 3-4 days. Now, they just ignored my messages. Shame!

United Kingdom | 09 May 2024Terrible service. Very quick to take your money but abysmally slow in delivering your order, if delivered at all. Impossible to contact by phone and Emails get automated response. By the time you get (or not) your pharmaceuticals from them, you will either have been cured or been obliged to buy the same elsewhere. Their TrustPilot review is reported to be false.

United Kingdom | 09 May 2024I have contacted ayp healthcare regarding two orders I placed in March one of which never has arrived. The second I am still awaiting delivery. I was told I never placed an order because I didn’t receive an order number but the amount has been taken out of my bank account? The contact form occasionally works! Prior to this I received several orders 3 bottles of eye drops for £26 so much cheaper than buying via the chemist. Up to this point I couldn’t fault the company? If they cannot provide the goods please refund the money.

Have e.mailed numerous times, sometimes eventually receive a reply..others not! Repeatedly advised order would be sent within so many days..but no! At one point offered a full refund( £60+ order from my mother) but nope..nothing again. Still no reply and repeatedly e.mailing every week!

Despite numerous emails chasing the company which they responded to saying the goods would be despatched in a few days. However, no goods have been received or refund made. I have today sent them another email asking for a refund and I wait their response. This company should be avoided at all costs. Do not order any goods from them. They say they deal with the NHS which gives you a false sense of security.

They will send you 2 emails saying supply issue in the 1st one and the second when you chase them, do you want a refund. Say yes and then nothing. My next step is to report them to Trading Standards. AYP Healthcare total rip off!

United Kingdom | 08 May 2024I ordered eye drops in February, didn’t arrive contacted them, they said they had a problem but I would receive them the following week, this happened several times so in the end I asked for a refund, after two attempts still no refund, I have just emailed this morning for a third time.. I thought I was giving a small company a chance, but have now ordered from Amazon they arrived the following day ..very disappointed with AYP, giving the benefit of doubt maybe mine was a one-off situation..

United Kingdom | 07 May 2024Ordered and was told product on line was instock just a holiday back up medication of anti-diarrheal pills, Said shipped in 2to5 business days. No porduct arrived prior to holiday so purchased from Tesco. TRied to call line say not taking calls n line form completed no reply. Product no use now to me, seems like charge back and a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council about the registered pharmacist running the company

United Kingdom | 07 May 2024Ordered eye drops from AYP on 20th march. Delivery was supposed to take 2>5days. They never arrived! I contacted the company several times. AYP said they were having a problem with a new robotic system. I then asked for a refund but from then onwards they never replied to my emails. In the end I contacted my credit card company and asked for a refund under the chargeback scheme. I will never ever use this company again!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Will update again should I get some answers or a refund I ordered in March it's now May and still no order I've had one email when I 1st contacted them yes they had issues with getting meds asked if I wanted to wait or a refund i asked for a refund then nothing Ignoring my messages and my emails So I'm out of money and goods Don't order try one of the other companies with better reviews
