This company is a scam - do not ever order from here. They take your money and never deliver your goods. I placed an order over 2 months ago for some dry eye solutions costing £40 and have not received anything despite the money being taken out of my account immediately. It is impossible to speak on the phone to them. I have emailed numerous times and am told my order will come at the end of the week but it never does. I have asked for a refund but I haven't got one. I am in the process of getting my bank to recover the money. So please do not be tricked like I was and never use this company.

Appears to be run by sloths. The company takes weeks to dispatch orders and is now clinging onto what little is left of its reputation for dear life.

It's been a month and they still haven't refunded my money. These are thieves!!

bought item in January - not received it till now. multiple email mostly no reply. when they reply stated going to post in 1 week time but still no item till now

sent multiple emails, no response, order has still not arrived its been 3 weeks, 2 of my over the counter items were cancelled, one you can buy in a local chemist without issues.

Ordered on 29th March, still nothing and can’t get through to anyone. Had 2 seperate emails a couple of weeks ago saying they’d be sent within a certain time and nothing. Don’t use this site.

They are terrible at communicating and shipping. Order placed 23/03/24 still not shipped on 21/0424 and this despite numerous hollow promises of shipping! Had to request a refund through my credit card company.

Placed an order first week in March, still haven’t received it. Was told there was a delay and given the option of a refund. Still no response, no refund or the item! Would never order from them again!

I ordered on 25 February, delivery estimated at 2-5 days. It is now 20 April and I still haven't received my order. They are absolutely hopeless with communication. I have to believe they are a scam site and would warn against buying from here. I just hope my bank can retrieve my payment.

Never thought I'd say this, but it would be quicker to go to the doctors!! I ordered pain relief, funnily enough because I was in pain and needed it, and 4 weeks later it still hasn't arrived!

Avoid at all costs. On 30 March 2024 I paid over £40 for hay-fever tablets. Money taken from account but no order email confirmation. On 9 April I chased it up using their online contact form. No response. Very poor service and no communication. No phone number or email address on website.

worst service, ordered items in Feb, chasing them every week, phone line not working, very poor response via email and still no items nor refund - whom should i contact get my money back

Order submitted & paid for on 16th March 2024 nothing arrived, numerous e-mails still no delivery, was told a new robotic system had been put in place & they had a backlog of orders, tried calling but they don’t accept telephone calls, I requested a refund by e-mail still nothing so have asked my card provider to recall the payment. Would never use again, buyer beware!!

Ordered some tablets in March site stated up to 5 days delivery. As of today no order received and no response from AYP to explain why. I have asked for a refund and again no response.

I ordered a product on the 13/12/23, as yet I have not received the order. I have contacted the company twice only to be told that they have supply problems, I have now requested a refund but not holding my breath. I wished I had looked at the reviews first.

ABSOLUTE SHAM! Ordered November 2023 and still no products or refund in April 2024. Emailed multiple times and got the stock answer that the items will be delivered in a few days! The advertised phoneline doesn't take calls! Had to request refund on several occasions! What has happed to this company to make it sooooo bad?

ordered on end of january, until now just false promises from seller with 3 dispatch times(never dispatched),they also barely reply to emails. I hope bank willhelp me recover funds (64 pounds) Update: I just checked and bank refunded full amount with no problems in just two days (barclays). Well I highly suggest contact your bank :)
