United Kingdom | 25 April 2024Placed an order on 29th March, heard nothing for a week or two then was told they have packing problems and the order would not be dispatched for a week. I cancelled asking for a full refund. sent several follow up emails - heard nothing, complete silence. my last email threatened legal action - nothing. Now written to their Registered Office before I take proceeding informing them my £49.98 refund would cost them £284.98 approx after Court and Legal fees. Will they respond - I am not holding my breath Update. Following my threatening them with Legal action and writing to one of the Directors they now say my order is "Out of Stock" and are refunding me. Not only are they Rubbish they are also Liars.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024I have purchased from them before and received good service however I ordered on the 8th March and not received goods and I have emailed them many times and received sorry we have problems and I have asked for refund and receive an email will dispatch next week and of course they don’t a terrible company won’t be in business very long don’t order anything from them I’m reporting them to the general pharmaceutical council as they need stringing off.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024Ordered from these a few times before no issues last order in February never arrived, means of contact are limited and wait times for a reply are poor and badly written. Still no delivery and ended up having to claim money back through bank due to them stopping replying when I asked for the refund they had previously offered. On checking this has happened to lots of people since December so please be careful!

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024Think of the worst review you have ever read and then multiply it by 10! You may then be getting closer to the contempt in which I rate this company. They are a company to be avoided at all cost! I ordered a product in March with a 3-5 deliver date. Having not received the delivery by early April, I emailed only to be sent a load of clap-trap about new computer system not fully operational! I note from other reviews that they have been using this excuse for some time. I emailed on a further 3 occasions and have neither received the product or any further correspondence. They are a company to be avoided at all cost! There are many words I could use to describe these people but suffice it to say that they are appalling in their administration, disgraceful in their communication and have no idea of customer service whatsoever. They are a company to be avoided at all cost!

I made a purchase on February 26th, 2024, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days. However, after several weeks passed without any updates, I attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but received no response. Finally, on April 24th, 2024, a staggering 58 days later, they contacted me to inform that my order had been canceled, promising a refund. What's particularly disappointing is the complete lack of acknowledgment or explanation for the extensive delay. My advice: steer well clear of AYP at all costs

I've still not received my order (today is the 24th April). I've asked them to process a refund, and they just ignore your request and say your order is being dispatched in 'x' number of days, but nothing is ever delivered. Its a disgraceful service, and until I receive my order or a refund, I'll assume its a scam website. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

AYP have sent dubious messages claiming technical issues and well timed‘apologies’ to delay further action by the customer. I have reported my experience to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice online. Easy enough process online and I urge everyone affected to do the same. Fortunately my bank have retrieved my money. This operation needs to be shut down immediately.

Having failed to respond to a first chasing email the company sent a standard message saying they were having problems with the installation of a new "robotic arm" but I would get the item shortly. That's getting on for a month ago now, since when I have heard nothing. It's not good enough.

Promised and promised to deliver. Even blaming “new robotic picking solution in their warehouse “.. utter BS (have you seen the pictures of their warehouse? It looks like it’s from the 1930s). So unfortunately it seems to be another company leeching off of our NHS and us the British people, not actually investing, not providing the service they promise but still willing to take your money. AVOID!
