I was sent a survey to rate this company and still have not received product that was suppose to be delivered on 1/26/24.

Good price & quickly shipped. Had to deduct 1 star for failure to gift wrap as promised.

I’m rarely tempted to gatekeep but Kidsy has proven an exception. (But I realize I can’t keep them in business all on my own so…!) I’ve been able to get brand-new, expensive products at over $100 off. The shipping is fast and the products are unused and in perfect condition. Kidsy is amazing; don’t hesitate.

Product was delivered quickly in perfect condition. Initially I ordered car seat, then canceled thinking this was wrong car seat, but realized it was the correct car seat. I’m hesitant when companies only use email for communication, but the responses to my emails were quick.
