Ordered for my daughter and she decided she didn’t need it! Says a 14 day return policy and when I reached out they said it’s not returnable 😣sad and I will be using sites that allow returns

I ordered a doona Sunday and got it the following Wednesday! It was just like it said… brand new! The price was way better than other places! I am very happy with it!!

I had no negative issues. The package arrived in approximately 10 days. It was securely packaged. It has not been opened as it is a gift but I would assume all is good due to great packaging. I would order from them again.

The Donna stroller that I received is "very" used and not even close to New "open" box. The packaging is deceiving because you attached tags on it to make it appear as "new". It should have months of use on it since it has several look like milk/formula stains on the seat, scratches on plastic parts and mud/dirt on all the 4 wheels. Same on car base, several scratches and signs of regular use. Car seat protector is missing.

I ordered an Owlet for new grandson from Kidsy. I was a little leary because I had not ever heard of this company before. But it was such a great price, we decided to take a chance. I ordered it on a Saturday, and it was suppose to be in on Friday…..it came in a day early. The box was in perfect shape…..brand new just as advertised. This is the first review I’ve ever done……we were very please with our order and won’t hesitate to use this company again.
