What a star Gavin was put our minds at ease and did a fantastic job couldn’t ask for more

Booked a callout for same day and told engineer would be with me in the next few hours. Nobody turned up. Got a call that evening that engineer had been delayed and would come the next day. Next day nobody turned up again. Got a call saying engineer had been injured and would I like to reschedule again for another day.

I booked for an engineer to install Wired Ring Video Door Bell on the 19/11/2024, I was giving appointment of 8am - 6pm I waited all day only to be called at 16:38 that the engineer can't make it without apology then they offered to book it for the next day 20/11/2024 between 8am - 1pm and I keep chasing them when I didn't hear from the engineer then I was told at 12:36 that I should just wait as the engineer is busy and it's now an all day appointment just like that. I waited patiently keeping my cool and again as the day before at 15:34 I was informed the engineer is so busy he wont be able to make the appointment again without apology. I registered by displeasure at this sort of service causing me to lose 2 days of work, now they are offering install the next day at 8am - 1pm I ask if this appointment can be guaranteed so I can stay back but was told emphatically it they can't company policy. I will advice anyone booking with this company to be very careful as their service is terrible, unfriendly and very unprofessional. This is my personal experience and I advice others to be careful as they seem to be time wasters.

‘Mitchell’ was extremely professional, courteous and patient! He encountered a really baffling problem with my FreeSat dish and despite replacing everything, we couldn’t get any channels. In the end, he fitted a roof top aerial and I had to switch to FreeView. Highly recommended.

Terrible service and complete time-wasters! I booked this company to install a Ring camera, and they gave me a full-day slot (8am-6pm) on a Thursday. I waited all day, only to get a call at 6:30pm saying the engineer couldn’t attend because he was delayed at another job. I gave them another chance and rebooked for Saturday with the same full-day slot. They refused to provide a smaller timeframe. Then, at 3pm, they called again to say the engineer couldn’t make it, once again due to delays at another job. They wasted two full days of my time for an empty rental property and showed no real remorse, simply saying it wasn’t their fault the engineer was delayed. They offered to come on Monday, but I’ve completely lost trust in their reliability and won’t waste another day. Unprofessional and unreliable – I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Harry what a gentleman nothing to much bother and professional checked out everything to make sure it was going to work and even cleaned up the little bit of mess there was definitely recommend this company be using them again

I wish the UK was full of companies that provide a service as slick as this outfit. Alas it’s a rarity, which just goes to show how impressive they are. Made an enquiry late at night. Was rung at 7am the next day. Andy quoted by 11am and the job was done in time for lunch. Neat, tidy and swift. I’m chuffed to bits with entire experience.
