Rang the firm to see if they could come and give us a signal on a new television. John Robinson came very quickly and found that the high extension being built next door had blocked the signal. John knew what to do and recommended a new quality loft aerial using a different T.V. signal and transmitter. All now works perfectly.

RIP of cowboys steer clear

Harry came today to mount a TV on the wall and remove an unused aerial outside. He did a great job, I’m really pleased with the work. He talked me through everything that the work entailed, gave a very competitive quote and I was happy to go ahead with the work. He took care in the home to make sure everything was clean and tidy after the work, wore covers on his boots to keep my floors clean. Harry had a lovely warm approach and was also happy to make a fuss of our excitable sausage dog to calm him down and ensure he gets peace when working. Thanks again! Would highly recommend.

No call as promised between 9-6pm. Took the day off work for this. Called up at 5pm and asked for an update and cut off twice with no callback. Poor customer service. Definitely will not be calling again and surprised on lack of service and commitment to customers.

The company telephoned 20 minutes before arrival as promised. The engineer was polite and efficient, and solved the problem quickly.

Very unreliable. Booked for Saturday - called received to reschedule, re-booked for Monday- called received by 4pm to reschedule, re- booked for Tuesday- called received to reschedule. Absolute joke.

During high winds our Starlink satellite dish was blown off its mounting. Aerialforce were quick to respond (phoned me on a Sunday). Harley the engineer who attended was polite, clear as to his recommendation and did a professional job, despite it getting dark

After booking an appointment, I was surprised the office couldn’t give me a minimum of a morning or afternoon appointment, and I was told they would be out at some point during the day. At 3.30pm I rang and confirmed that I was in their list and was told that someone would be out. At 4.40pm I was emailed to say the engineer was held up and wouldn’t be coming! Shockingly incompetent service!! If I could leave a zero star I would!!! No regard for people having to take time off work!!!

Our sky box collapsed and given the other 3 tvs in the house were connected, we needed help urgently to install new box and connect mini boxes. Other companies talked of days and weeks. Aerial provided the wonderful Harley 2 hours after the new box arrived. The women we talked to were so helpful and Harley was so nice, knowledgeable and efficient. A superb service.

I waited 7 hours for the tv engineer,only to be told at 4pm that they wouldn't be coming due to storm Bert and all the call outs thst they had,I should have been priority as I had booked the previous week,I had made a 2 hour round trip to the premises,I will not be booking them again,I wish I had taken more notice of the reviews.

Rubbish company. Booked an engineer with a person on 3 occasions. Four hour window. On each occasion automated message to say engineer held up and unable to fulfil his obligation. We waited in on both occasions and cancelled two other appointments. Will never use again

This is an excellent service - engineer Bernie replaced our very old aerial, very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Customer service excellent. Highly recommend.

Prompt response in arranging an appointment. The aerial installer, Richard S, knew his subject, solved problems and enabled a working aerial. Knowledgeable, personable, very nice. I would be very happy to use his and the company's services again.

I very rarely write reviews but this firm are awful. I’ve just had the third appointment cancelled as the engineer is running behind on another job. That’s three separate days over the last week or so. Rude, misleading and clearly overcommit to jobs. I wouldn’t waste your time
