United Kingdom | 17 January 2025Asked on the phone how much to remove a TV aerial from the roof which had fallen and was told £90 but had to pay £30 over the phone as a survey fee which would come off the final bill if the job was done, it took the guy 15 mins max and I was told the final bill would be £133 as it’s dangerous going on a roof, the guy was really polite but efficient but I like to be charged what I’m quoted

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025Good service from Mark. Turned up on time, quoted before undertaking work, discussing options for aerial placement. Quick and clean work and signal is great.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Just had a visit from Scott who has sorted out a problem with our TV reception. He diagnosed and solved the problem restoring clear reception to our TV. Would definitely recommend Scott if you are having problems with TV reception.

United States | 16 January 2025If you could leave zero stars I would! A total fiasco and scam of a "company" (they appear to be an order taker for a number of tiny "mom & pops" with an army of rude, ignorant telephonists) One guy who I had the misfortune of talking to actually sounded like a character from a 1950s Ealing comedy! There is nothing funny about these cowboys though: they take £30 to do a "site survey" then send you a "quote" for a THOUSAND pounds to install a £30 antenna to an oustide wall! I would report them to "Better Business Bureau" but they'll almost certainly be gone in a few months.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025The engineers came well within the indicated timescale. They were polite, well mannered, friendly and excellent at what they did. The senior engineered quickly identified our problem and rectified it. He also ensured that all the televisions in the house were working properly before they left. Excellent service

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Brian was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He turned up to fix my aerial the day after I contacted Aerialforce. Repair completed within the hour. I had a query afterwards but Brian rang me back to resolve the matter in his own time after he got back home. Customer Service is still happening with this company. Rare nowadays.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025This was the most appalling experience I have ever had with a company. What should have been a simple job - mounting two TVs - turned into a nightmare of poor workmanship, damage to our walls, and completely unprofessional behaviour. The technician caused significant damage to our newly plastered and painted walls, drilling 5 unnecessary holes in one wall and an appalling 13 in the other, damaging the plaster, and leaving one TV secured with missing screws. Despite these clear issues, we were accused of causing the damage ourselves because we removed the TVs. In reality, we only removed them to assess the extent of the damage and because we were concerned for their safety due to the poor installation. The company’s only solution was to send the same technician back to assess whether the damage was caused by him or us - an unfair approach given his role in creating the damage. When the technician returned, it was clear that the company had failed to communicate with him. He didn’t even seem to know why he was there. I had to explain that he was there to assess whether the damage was caused by him or us, to which he replied that the damage was caused by mounting the TVs. This was entirely unnecessary, as the company already had photographic evidence proving the damage was caused during the installation. Since the visit over a month ago, the company has failed to follow up with me. We decided to repair the damage ourselves at our own cost. Despite repeatedly asking for a refund for the poor workmanship, we received neither a refund nor compensation for the damage caused. Citizens Advice has since reported this company to Trading Standards for their refusal to handle the complaint fairly and their use of deflection tactics to avoid accountability. The most appalling aspect of this experience was the way the company handled the complaint. They took it upon themselves to investigate our address on Companies House, check my role in the company, question why we had paid using a business account, and even raised irrelevant concerns about "tax implications." This was completely inappropriate, irrelevant to the issue at hand, and felt like a deliberate attempt to intimidate and bully us into dropping the complaint. Their advertised "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" on their website is meaningless. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered no fair resolution. I am deeply disappointed and appalled by this entire experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid this company at all costs.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025On the 10th January 2025 I lost my TV picture due to a collapsed aerial attached to my roof chimney. I found AERIALFORCE on the Internet who could fix this problem and would install a replacement aerial. I enquired about a replacement and was quoted by the AERIALFORCE representative a charge of approximtely £159 + VAT = £190.80. Before an engineer was called I'd have to pay a site survey of £30 (including VAT) which I paid. Eventually their engineer from HOMEVISION arrived and I asked if he couild replace the fallen aerial attached to the roof chimney breast. He stated that he didn't have a ladder long enough to do the job at that height. He suggested a replacement loft aerial and showed me one that had a loft signal reading of 68% which would be suitable. I agreed to the new siting in the loft and he used my existing loft coax cable that fed the signal to the home's internal TV distribution unit. I believed this simple alternative would cost me £190.80 but he never said anything. After installation and the TV picture restored he gave me a bill for £252-£30 (prepaid site inspection fee). I mentioned the AERIALFORCE quote of £190.80 which he ignored and after payment was made asked me to sign a disclaimer against any work he'd done. Using the AERIALFORCE website statements "Free quote, no obligation for new installations" and " Price match guarantee*" I thought AERIALFORCE controlled the £190.80 price stated for each job. I phoned AERIALFORCE and stated that their price of £190.80 wasn't adhered to and that the overpriced charge of £252.00 was excessive. They said that the engineer SHOULD have quoted me the price before undertaking the replacement aerial. "We'll contact the engineer and ask him to phone you" said the AERIALFORCE representative. Of course I received no call. It appears AERIALFORCE just acts like contact that takes the money but can't enforce a code of conduct on its installers. I'd recommend anyone needing a similar aerial replacement to avoid using AERIALFORCE and be aware that you might be charged an exorbitant price from the one they quote

United Kingdom | 11 January 2025Efficient service, job done in no time. Harry arrived bright and early and was very helpful. Took away packaging to be recycled for me. Top lad.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2025Company cancelled twice in a row to come out for the job, then sent someone without the right qualifications to do the job, same end result. Frankly, don't bother. There are plenty of other installers who are more professional.
