Estimate was (in my view) reasonable and, apart from having to go somewhere to collect a dish, carried out the work quickly to my satisfaction. Would recommend the company if asked.

In addition just after I wrote this, the Engineer who had failed to come in the morning as arranged; telephoned to say that if I still wanted him to come, the cost would be increased from £95 + VAT to £185 + VAT. I told him not to bother. What a SCAM!!!

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025I booked a visit to reconnect an existing CCTV installation - the engineer came promptly and then said my system was not fit for purpose so recommended I changed to a wifi ring system, which I reluctantly accepted. He camer bac and did the installation and was in such a hurry to leave I found that my existing security light system had been made inactive - engineer Pete said he would come back but I kept chasing and there was always an excuse - when I went back to the office, they astonished me and said they used a different contractor who hjad gone bust so their warranties were not effective so they wopuld not make right the mistakes of their engineer - so dont trust these people - they are not cheap and their warranties mean nothing - I have been well and truly stuffed

So a new one was fixed, cleanly and efficiently, and all is now good. Very pleased with the Aerialforce company overall who fitted in with the limited time we had to see them.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Very prompt response to our call for help. Technician (Omar) was efficient and committed to resolving the problem. He explained right away that Aerialforce was "expensive" but that work carried out would be first class. That proved to be true, on both counts!

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Despite the website clearly stating FREE QUOTE, I was told I had to pay £30 up front for an engineer visit. I was told I would get this back if I decided to go ahead, but that's not what the website says. The engineer was on time & respectful of my property, I have no complaint about him. However the quote for a satellite dish installation was £349 + Vat, which is three times the price of other companies, who also didn't charge me £30 for a "free quote".
