Efficient & timely.

Great service. Our TV looks great mounted on the wall, and the guy did a nice job feeding the wires through the wall.

Appointment made quickly and engineer(?) arrived on time, studied the situation and made a decision of what to do. Estimate was (in my view) reasonable and, apart from having to go somewhere to collect a dish, carried out the work quickly to my satisfaction. Would recommend the company if asked.

We were missold wifi boosters and charged massively over the retail price for items. Would not recommend

More than quoted but not alot. Because more work was involved. Engineer managed to sort out all faults and reprogram. I do need to get them back in to fine tune as phone keeps pinging 50 plus messages a day

We lost an old tv aerial during storm Darragh and it was left hanging down from our chimney. Aerialforce arranged for an engineer to come round soonest to take it down. Thank you so much for your prompt and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Atrocious company, didn’t show up on three occasions then charged £94for “”diagnostics “ £200 for new aerial and cable, I told them to forget it and went to a local Co who fixed the problem for £30. They tell LIES

3 appointments made. Engineer failed to turn up on each occasion!!! Don't waste your time. In addition just after I wrote this, the Engineer who had failed to come in the morning as arranged; telephoned to say that if I still wanted him to come, the cost would be increased from £95 + VAT to £185 + VAT. I told him not to bother. What a SCAM!!!

I booked a visit to reconnect an existing CCTV installation - the engineer came promptly and then said my system was not fit for purpose so recommended I changed to a wifi ring system, which I reluctantly accepted. He camer bac and did the installation and was in such a hurry to leave I found that my existing security light system had been made inactive - engineer Pete said he would come back but I kept chasing and there was always an excuse - when I went back to the office, they astonished me and said they used a different contractor who hjad gone bust so their warranties were not effective so they wopuld not make right the mistakes of their engineer - so dont trust these people - they are not cheap and their warranties mean nothing - I have been well and truly stuffed

My daughter could not get a signal on her tv and once told we could see the old aerial and cable connections to her home were all broken and falling off. So a new one was fixed, cleanly and efficiently, and all is now good. Very pleased with the Aerialforce company overall who fitted in with the limited time we had to see them.

£567 to mount one single tv on a wall. Absolutely do not use this company.

Very prompt response to our call for help. Technician (Omar) was efficient and committed to resolving the problem. He explained right away that Aerialforce was "expensive" but that work carried out would be first class. That proved to be true, on both counts!

Despite the website clearly stating FREE QUOTE, I was told I had to pay £30 up front for an engineer visit. I was told I would get this back if I decided to go ahead, but that's not what the website says. The engineer was on time & respectful of my property, I have no complaint about him. However the quote for a satellite dish installation was £349 + Vat, which is three times the price of other companies, who also didn't charge me £30 for a "free quote".

The guy came, had a look, informed me of the cost which I said yes do. Was very efficient, very pleasant and polite. Aerial was up in no time and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend definately

I called in the morning and the technician came in the evening and solved problems very professionally in a very short time. Absolutely great
