Guy walked inside, walked back out, had glanced at the roof and said yes your brick is damaged you need a new pole. That’s £84 + VAT. SOMETHING THAT WE ALREADY KNEW. Then quoted £300 + VAT for a new pole and installation. When the pole is £35 online to order anywhere.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025The engineer was great. Speedy response, his diagnosis was quick and he replaced the low noise block in short order. Then he charged me £441.60 for visiting plus "system check and new LNB". And VAT. I just saw a cheap LNB on Amazon for £15!! he didn't even need a ladder, getting rooftop access through a window.

Harry took my details and put my Ariel’s up within a few days. Communicated with me as he was doing the job as I was at work. Absolutely top job.Top bloke too. I have given out his number to a few people now as Harry has done an amazing job. Will definitely be getting him out again if I need more Ariel’s put up. Thanks again for a brilliant service…
