Had a guy available in my area & on a Saturday which really helped as "some people" are not lucky enough to be home mid week. Bonus. Anthony called ahead: arrived wiped his feet b4 entering the house. He was polite, knowledgeable and resolved the problem fairly quickly. Would recommend 👌 great service received. Another happy customer :-)

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I had arranged for an engineer to do a site survey today between 0800-0900. At 0845 I called Aerial Force (taken over by Home Vision) who said 'Ricky is on his way'. At 0950 I called again to find out when he would arrive, only to find out he was not on his way, because he was sick, and that no other engineer could come out today. I should not have had to wait around for nearly 2 hrs to find this out. People fall sick - I get it, but any decent company, if they cared about customer service, would have called me to explain and apologise!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025Nick was amazing from start to finish, he took his boots off before even entering my home which straight away made me feel he would be respectful of my home. If 8 owned this company I would have nick as a trainer, simply because I cannot fault him. He listened patiently to what I wanted and did everything to make sure I was happy. He explained everything so well and when he drilled the holes he caught the dust. Every tiny detail to make this experience as simple and cost effective was adhered to perfectly. Just moved to the area but will be using this company again without a doubt and will be sure to tell anyone that needs this service to use these guys. Well done aerial force, really happy customer. Also called them at 1 and he was with us a few short hours later so they are also fast.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2025Starlink Installation. Bernie our engineer was great. System I purchased was set up within 24 hours of ordering the install. Customer services efficient and responsive. Bernie talked me through alternative siting locations I had in mind. We tested them and then he got the equipment he needed locally and got on with it. No fuss and a good sense of humour. Charging transparent, good value, and upfront. Would definitely recommend.

I remembered he was really pleased with his work. I asked for him to come on this appointment which he did first call of the day. He was extremely helpful and he got the tv working. A very nice guy.. Booked in for the next day between 1 and 5pm Only disappointment was the cancellation but told we were first appointment on the following day. Very impressed with the engineer, he listened to what we wanted, we agreed on a price and he carried out the job with the utmost care and respect for our property. First class job. Couldn't be happier.

Yes had to travel 5 miles return to buy £27.99 mount which I was told would be supplied Measured and drilled 4 holes. Fixed mount and I had to help him lift tv in place. Would anyone think that was reasonable pricing? Complained but said in line with their costs!
