The amount of times iv rang to get someone out to see to my cctv his unbelievable. They say there coming. Then don't turn up. You ring again. They say there sending someone out at a certain time and date. Then again they don't turn up. And so on. I paid for the cameras so at least the company could do his deal with the problems I have with the cameras. You have to pay fir a quote you have not yet recieved. Same problem. No one comes out when they say there going to. It his such an horrible company. I get My alarm company to deal with my cctv now because arial force are such a waste of time. It's all about money with them. They won't come out until you pay them. Then they don't turn up.customer service are a waste of space. Need to do some training on how to talk to people

Booked online and within 5 minutes a lovely, polite lady rang me back, asked me a few basic questions and told me she will try and get an engineer out the same day. She sent an engineer called Harry who was just brilliant. Arrived within 2 hours of me booking job, he was very happy and friendly and loved my 2 labrapoodle's and made such a fuss over them. He got his ladders off and physically examined our aerial and took photos, he explained what was needed and actually showed us the photos of the damage and priced us up for a replacement aerial. We were very happy with the price (much better than previous 2 company's) and we allowed him to do the work. There was no hidden surprises and when he was finished, he walked us around and showed us what he had done. He seemed very proud of his work and we got a very big feeling he enjoys his job. Good job, and we will 100% recommend to anybody.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025I contacted company at lunchtime and Andy came by 3pm. Very pleasant man and checked aerial on roof and cables, checked tv’s upstairs and downstairs and sorted the issues that I had straight away. Would highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025I booked in an appointment for my new house. I was told that I had to wait in for the whole day as a time couldn’t be given. I would get a phone call 30 minutes prior. I waited until about lunchtime and rang to see if there was any more accuracy on the time of the appointment because I had urgent things to do. I was told quite rudely that I just had to wait for the call and it could be anything up to 6pm. I waited in until 6pm but no engineer turned up and no phone call came to tell me they weren’t coming.

Told I was on the list but wouldn’t give me an idea of time. At 3.45 I got a voicemail from the engineer saying that he was running behind and couldn’t come today. Total waste of a day

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Spoke to James after using the online chat to have someone come out to have a look at my TV aerial as I had lost the signal to my tv. He told me they had engineers in my area and would be able to attend today (25/01/25) he said I wouldn’t have to stay home as I would get a call about an hour before they would attend. Never got a call!! Very disappointing service - not using again

United Kingdom | 25 January 202510/10. We had Harry with us yesterday installing a Starlink system. He was extremely professional and very friendly. He battled with the extremely high winds. He explained everything that he was going to be doing prior to installation and went through the whole system upon completion. It’s very easy to see and hear that Harry loves his work. I would recommend Aerial Force to anyone thinking about having this type of work done. Carry on the good work.

To our surprise the signal returned before the engineers arrived so we cancelled without any payment. Very impressed with the initial response and even more impressed with the way the cancellation was handled. Thoroughly recommend them. Richard Penn

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Booked TV engineer to floor mount TV ,SKY box and DVD player.He decided to wrap all the cables around the stand and didn't use the cable management in the mount.It looked awful.Said it was the best he could do.As a pensioner ,it took me three days to unravel all cables and tidy up the mount.Awful service.

Engineer arrived, polite, got on with the job and identified the problem following diagnostics, Problem solved, no additional costs. No complaints and happy to recommend. Carl West was our engineer.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025I rang to ask for a new aerial. Told them what was wrong (aerial damaged after the storms we've had, plus it was an old aerial). Was quoted £89 +vat to repair. Engineer arrived next day, did a few tests and told me I needed another aerial, ( which I'd already said), did nothing else but give me a quote and charge me the £89 +vat (over £106), for the privilege. A total of 15 minutes, and nothing done. Not a free quote for sure.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2025Sham of a company. Avoid! I was quoted £180 to install a SKY GLASS TV. I ended paying over £500 and had to help the engineer mount the TV due to the weight. The engineer was on site start to finish for 20 mins max for the installation and didnt tidy up after himself which for the price I would have expected. AVOID!

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025Quoted £97 for first hour and approx £47 per half hour after. This was to instal a Ring Medium Pack and Spotlight Cam (Solar). The potential installation was delayed (rather late) due to the engineer being stuck on another job, so had to wait for a few days. Anthony (engineer) was polite and professional, explained that due to the delay I had already set a number of systems up, and all that would need doing is the Siren and Spotlight Cam putting on the walls. He then said he had to ring his manager, but to then tell me his manager then quoted £295+VAT? Then to tell me that a similar system to be set up from scratch a previous job cost approx £1100? And that he is unsure as to why they quoted me per hour? Awaiting a call from the manager and I'll be stating won't be using as I'm not willing to pay the equivalent of 3.5hours worth of work to instal a total of 8 screws. Spoke to a representative, and after explaining the situation and the call ended with "thank you for letting us come around and giving you a quote, bye bye". Easiest £30 (site survey) they ever made.

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025I booked an engineer from this company to install and wall mount a Sky glass TV on 30th DECEMBER 2024. I supplied all the materials apart from the piece of plasterboard which he insisted would be needed to reinforce the wall. I had expected that the price would include hiding the cables and removing the packaging, this was not the case. I have also found that my Alexa system has stopped working and the TV keeps going off in the middle of a programme, also some of the subscription channels are not working. I have phoned the company several times and each time have been assured that an engineer would definitely be in touch. This has not happened, I have also since discovered that sky would have done the job for less than half the price I was charged by this company. I am very disappointed with the level of service and feel that as a disabled and housebound person I have been overcharged and fobbed off with poor service in the hope that I would just give up.
