Just had our TV mounted and it looks great. Andy came out and quoted for us and was able to put the TV up the same day, I can't believe how much extra space it's given us, wish we had done it sooner!

Engineer was on time, checked the reception and found the problem very quickly. He went up the loft and found that the aerial had been dislodged. Picture is perfect now. Highly recommend Aerialforce.

Phoned late yesterday - engineer Andy arrived first thing today and installed aerial connections to 2 tv's. We now have back dozens of tv channels that were lost to us when we changed to ee tv. Andy was knowledgeable friendly and extremely helpful. Can't fault the service. Thank you Aerialforce.

Zack from Arial Force arrived promptly removed a broken arial from the roof and installed new in the attic. He checked everything was working. He was very cheerful and courteous. Excellent service.

Was charged by your engineer over £200 for a signal booster I could have bought for around £60. The total bill for approx 20 mins work was £302.40. In my eyers this was a rip off! Would not use your firm again.

Very pleasant staff but they charged an 87 year old lady over £500 to fit a signal booster, and the annoying thing was that this did not solve the problem. She needed to change the batteries in her remote. Customer Care couldn't see why this was an issue and refused any refund. Avoid

Engineer attended and established in a very short space of time that our old 'booster box' was defective; he replaced it with a new one and all works fine. No fuss; no hassle great in my opinion.

Highly delighted, apart from one disappointment. Poor pixelated picture and sound. Telephoned. Engineer that afternoon. Needed Ariel and Booster. Fitted there and then. Perfect picture and sound. Apparently birds sit on the Ariel Prongs and they snap off. Receiver had broken off. Good/reasonable price. Very polite and efficient engineer. The only pain is they don’t take away the old Ariel. If you want quick fix with little hassle, I recommend Arielforce.

The engineer arrived within the time slot stated and diagnosed our issue to poorly installed wiring of the Satelilite cables. He replaced all the connections which fixed the problem all within the call out charge.

On calling today they gave accurate estimates of cost, arranged for someone to come the same day and they came on time. Harry was the engineer and he was brilliant. Really friendly. He gave good advice on what he could provide. He was knowledgeable, did a good job and really cared about the planning and how it looked. Would recommend him!
