I rang to arrange for a quote for a CCTV system & was told that an engineer would attend on the 5th August & that he would call on the day to arrange a time. Waited in all day for the promised engineer to call. 2 days later I got a call saying that the engineer had not let the office know he had not attended. I feel that this shows they are not in control& therefore unreliable

Poor Customer service booked last week for someone to come today. Was promised an engineer between 0800 and 1800, or at the very least a phone call. Received nothing of the sort, when I phoned them shortly before 1800 was met with a shrug of the shoulders attitude, and the offer of a re-scheduled appointment. After being let down today, no confidence in anyone bothering to turn up on another day. Declined their offer. Suggest do not use an unprofessional, unreliable company such as this.

Internet problems with Starlink, which Starlink identified as router. New router made no difference. John from AirialForce tested and isolated each component in turn to ultimately identify issue as faulty Ethernet port.

Book an engineer for last Thursday. Was told they weren’t that busy and so an AM call was likely. Received a call at 16:00 saying the engineer had run over & wouldn’t be coming. I re-booked for today. I called at 15:20 and was told the engineer had run over again & wasn’t coming. They offered to reschedule again for tomorrow but I cancelled the appointment.

The service ended up being much more expensive than originally suggested. The quote-on-site arrangement is very high pressure and I didn’t feel like I could turn the engineer away. As the business seem intent on doing all their communicating by phone, I have no evidence of the original quote. Contacted them to question why the price was almost double the price that was originally suggested and was told I’d be contacted by the customer service team. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything. They also didn’t take the waste away, despite saying on the phone that they would. Again- no evidence as it was a phone call. 2 stars because the work was at least completed. The engineer was efficient and polite but prepare for a much larger bill than the office say on the phone.

Filled out a form on a Wednesday morning. Someone called me, took my details and said that a contractor would be with me that day. Got to the end of the day, no one arrived. Called the next day, they apologised and said someone would be out that day…..once again, no one arrived. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! AVOID!!

Great Service and reasonably priced to fit a Starlink dish on roof. Our engineer Gary visited and advised which Starlink accessories we would need to order and then came back promptly to fit once we had the part. Extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional.

Customer service is good, service is good but being charged £150 for a part that is available on Amazon for under £30 is a complete rip off! Only paid this as it was going to cost me £80 plus vat for your engineer to be at my property for less than 5 minutes! All in all £275 for some 15 minutes work and a £30 part is disgraceful.

Not great in the Taunton Area. Had an engineer in to mount a monitor, bracket & reinforcement to our wall. Reinforcement slipped and was pulling away after just two weeks and we were told it would be chargeable to come out and put right, we are finding another company to finish the job; would not recommend this firm.

Pre the appointment the communication was excellent they kept me informed on the engineer availability and on the date and time. The engineer named Peter was very polite and explained to me what he was testing and afterwards explained what needed to be done which included a picture of the fault part. Overall, first class service.

Very quick to respond to my enquiry, always kept me updated with when the engineer was arriving. Darell was excellent, informed me of his findings, and rectified the problem. I now have full Freesat capability on my TV I would recommend this company.

I'm updating my original review as it was removed, without any explanation and I feel I must warn anyone thinking of using this company. Firstly, unknown to me, the little glitches sorted remotely were illegal access to our system, by Ashley. After he left the company, we were locked out of our system, as my log-in password and all camera passwords had been changed. Secondly, our newest cameras had an issue (from day one), and the guy sent out to fix it, didn't seem to know the system. So, he simply opted for a factory reset on everything. A remote session was set up, to enable our entire system to be rebuilt. This locked Ashley out, but did not cure the faulty camera, so it was replaced by a second engineer, who again left camera set up to a second tech company - cue another remote session. The second tech company was unable to get all of our cameras online, so they dumbed down the functionality of all cameras, explaining that the NVR and cabling installed did not have enough bandwidth to support the cameras we had chosen. Ashley chose the NVR and refused to install Cat 6 cabling (despite our property's Cat 6 network), assuring us that Cat5e was compatible/up to the job. Today, I find that the replacement camera is still not working, video/audio quality is badly degraded, and images are jumping. AerialForce is denying all responsibility, pointing to the invoice which identifies the installed cabling and NVR. Of course it does, the invoice is written after the job is finished! More worryingly, I distinctly heard the remote guy whisper "download now" at the start of our remote session, and looking at the log file, I have found personal data. Aerial Force is not even commenting on this. Update: Several more visits and engineer's reliance on third party tech support left me with installed components, but not a fully functioning system - my fault says Aerialforce, for tampering with the system. Would that I knew how! So, I now have a live case with the Small Claims Court. Mediation failed because Aerialforce refused to do anything other than offer another session with one of its engineer's, so we are going to full trial. Save yourself heartache, worry and expense - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Called them lost tv something wrong with satellite dish. They came next day at time that I asked for. Mark was great new exactly what the problem was. Very good service all fixed. Will for sure use them again if needed. Thanks

Darren arrived bright and early and was quick, polite and a gentleman to our neighbours whilst he completed the job. Really happy with the service; couldn’t recommend him or Aerial Force more!
